Similarly, i had Paranoia in my bookmarks folder (aka PTW) like ever since i started watching =)) I'm doing it in bookmarks folder since it's easy to know the order i added them in.

You still have a number of old school series, i'm guessing from what aired on TV.. certainly more than other people. Where do you draw the line for old school anyway

I'm pretty close to Paranoia's end, and up to date with Inuyashiki..

Paranoia Agent i can say intuitively it was an inspiration for the Science Adventure series. It's also the only TV series of the famous film director Satoshi Kon. I see you didn't like Paprika or Chaos;Head, so your mileage may vary.

Inuyashiki that one i predict you will like more.. one of those dark seinen that don't get made too often. It also seems like it will be a complete adaptation of the manga, which is a good thing for the ending. Hope you aren't triggered by 3d animation.

Other than the LoL and Mortal Kombat characters, i associate the name Darius most with the persian leader from Civilization games. I think your story is actual history not mythology 0o
