Ma'am, you have my respects š
But most people I recommend it to just don’t want to read it as the synopsis misguide them into believing it is excessively macabre... Sure, it’s not an easygoing story but it is still one the best josei I’ve ever read. And I’ve rarely cried so much over a story.
