Saw your birthday date, is it true? XD If so, we are from the same year. ^^
The Slice of Life Club will be hosting a Cute Competition for the next seven weeks. It's pretty much going to be the same thing as our Moe Competition, except for the fact that characters from overly popular series weren't allowed in the contest (since they always win). It's time to give other cute girls a chance to shine. There are four different groups with 32 girls in each group. One girl from each group will go on as a finalist to face off against each other in two championship rounds. Our winner and finalists will get a special card edition in their honor and a spot on the club's layout.

As you can see, we have quite the long lineup of girls for our first round. Half of them will be eliminated after this round, though, so please vote to help us decide who stays and who goes!
P.S. Due to the club having so many members, we aren't able to send out newsletters to all of our members. If you would like to receive newsletters from the Slice of Life Club, post here.

P.S.S We are in need of active card makers!
We do a few monthly editions and we really need some more card makers to help out with those. If you are interested in applying, click here.
Why the second thoughts? I guess you could say its the wisdom of the ages that affects my thinking. But I'm not going to get into that. You've already made up your mind to go there and I don't want to put a damper on your dreams. As for me, I enjoy Japanese culture, humor and music through shows and movies. I know it isn't the real thing but I am content with enjoying it from afar. Who knows, someday I might be lucky enough to go there. But I'm fine with the way things are now.
Oh man I hate people who slack off :S , I cant stand them. I used to be like ok it wont affect me, but well basketball is a team sport and it did affect me, now I just go straight to the guy no matter if he is taller or stronger than me and just yell at him if he slacks off :D
Well, If you think from a society point of view, then it's great. :D You get to meet friends, interact with other human beings, and like you said, discover yourself. And also, discover the truth and reality of life.
I was talking about education POV, :P It's sad that they don't really teach us important stuff like how to save money, or buy a land, how to invest in assets, loans, taxes, risks and stuff. It's mostly a copy past format. Learn all dates, problems, theorems, by heart and write in the exam. And never use them in your life again..kind of. In the end, it's after you graduate ..that you discover this stuff on your own. From your mistakes and stuff. But,I'm glad that I'm in school. I get to meet many interesting people. ^^
You think so ? :) Thank you. ^^
Seriously, I don't think that school is very important for life. In the end, it's experience which get's us there.
That seems quite awesome. You're kind of amazing. I know lot's who have studied so much but are still dependent on their parents for income and all. Wow ! I'm sure the feeling of supporting your parents is great. I hope one day when I start working, I'll be able to support mine. :D
Heya :)
I'm extremely sorry for the ultra late reply. I had an exam . But, at least it's over. Yes *victory dance *
I hope so. :D
Hmm, If you're "awesomest " then....I'm "awesomemestmest " ( I don't know what I'm saying anymore. xD)
Yeah, if only the anime guys were real. xD
Kind of the main reason I like reading Shojo manga. xP It's an escape from reality. Even though it's so cliche....xD
I know :) thanks for the concern , the doc said I am fine now, it still hurts a lot when I do things but I couldn't be happier xD I am finally allowed to run <3
Anyhow how are you today :D
I guess I agree with your point. After watching all those Japanese shows, I went out and tried some yakisoba; well the instant kind you get in a package. My family thought I was nuts but it was actually quite tasty. And yes, the festivities and such I always enjoy watching in anime. I sometimes wish our school would have had a school festival where everyone would pitch in when I was still in school. That looks so much fun. As for visiting Japan, I'm of two minds about that. Part of me would like to go but a part of me is not so sure. As if that would ever happen.
It's not hiding but I prefer not tell people xD what , will they visit me for example lol!
Hmm direct question ... what languages can you speak ~_~ beside English of course .
Won't you start a new anime ? :P or did re-watching kimi ni todoke effect you ?

I hate streaming because of that .. suddenly the video stops in a important scene >.<

XD Since it was made years ago I don't think there will be S3 but maybe the percent of that happening is low now..
