Someone told me I should not
Binge watch lots of anime
I did, I did
They knew well and I did not
My delusion, my mistake
I was careless, I forgot
I did.
And now, It's all gone, there is nothing to do,
I've watched it all so effortlessly,
It has won, now go ahead tell them
Tell them I have lost now
Shout it on-line
Write it on your blogs now
All I had is gone now.
Tell them I was happy
And my heart got broken,
The feels hit me hard, then
Tell them I watched it
ALL
I watched it ALL
I've seen it ALL
I watched it all.
Finishing' a series is hard
Finish the whole thing is worse
Broken hearts and ice cream tubs
I know, I know.
Thinking there's a season 2
Building fandoms on it too
Empty souls and words I swear
I know, I know,
And now, It's all gone, there is nothing to do,
And if you're done with destroying me
It has won, now go ahead tell them
Tell them I have lost now
Shout it on-line

Have you ever read a really good book? I mean a really good book? The kind of book where you feel like your world completely changed after finishing the story? The kind of book where you are devastated after it ends? The kind of book where you feel complete and utter joy with the resolution of the characters? Have you ever thought about why that book was so good? What about it shattered your world or caused utter devastation? What about it made you want to read it over and over again, or made you wish it never ended? The answer is simple and right in front of your face; it is the explanation for why you cry at a story, why you heart jumps for joy when a character succeeds, and why you get angry at the antagonist…you get emotionally involved with the story and characters whether you want to or not.
I laughed all the way to the end of Anohana and Angel Beats but Shigatsu hit me on a personal level. I realized then it's different for everyone.
