Mystery Light Novel GOSICK To Be Animated [Update Jul 22]

According to web Kadokawa, an anime project of Sakuraba Kazuki's novel Gosick was announced to get underway.

A manga adaptation has been serialized in Monthly Dragon Age. Sakuraba won one of the most authoritative literary award　Naoki Prize in 2008.

Studio doesn't really matter now a days. Gainax is about to make shit title. (pantsutoking) Shaft fails at quality and time management (SHAFTED). Kyoani is endlessly eight. Madhouse make anime original ending and kills everything. Production IG waste their money on useless movies that is bound to be failure. AIC has extremely inconsistent quality. Manglobe made Boobsmith. PA work is always generic. Deens is Deens. Iono about A-1 studio. Only studio that is constantly releasing top quality series is Brain Base currently, imo.

No-studio is perfect, so it is pretty absurd trying to justify anime's quality even before its release, just because of the studio's name.

Thanks, I just had a good laugh. Bones used to be associated with quality, that's for sure, but they haven't produced a quality title since Sword of the Stranger, and you should be an extremely ignorant Bones fanboy to be unable to realize that. In the last two years, all they produced is a huge pile of shit.

Well, as long as you know the minority agrees with you it's perfectly okay.

Yes!! Bones will do it:D I was scared that the rumors were wrong, but I'm glad it was true. But waiting Jan 2011 is far away..
I just hope the director will do this good!!

According to Moonphase,BONES will animate this.Sounds good to me but this is odd because as I recall, BONES never did any light novel adaptation.

Donno if they keep the drama cd cast but BONES has tendency to replace the original drama cd cast with newer cast.

I'm glad to see more and MORE LN get animated. I hate watching mainstream anime like Naruto or One Piece.
I'd prefer to hear about TAMNI season 2 though.
