Synopsis
A decade ago, princess Krystal Novaty “Hime” Nokanatika traveled from another world to escape assassination attempts by an evil force. When she arrives in modern-day Japan, she encounters Haruto Satou. With him she shares a promise: he must forget what he has just witnessed, and the two will become friends. Now heading back to the Nokanatika Kingdom to fulfill her royal duties, Hime bids farewell to Haruto. However, when the young man suddenly remembers his first meeting with Hime, he rushes to the location where she first appeared and crosses the dimensional portal to be reunited with her.

His arrival disrupts the marriage ceremony between Krystal and prince Marmarugias Gisaras. The wedding is brutally interrupted by the attack of an abyss monster who threatens the princess' life. Acting impulsively, Hime decides to exchange rings with Haruto, which grants her new husband light powers that permit him to slay the monster. Now dubbed as the Ring King, Haruto must marry four other princesses to acquire new magical powers and have a chance to prevail in his fight against the enemy of the world: the Abyss King. Ten years is pretty good for this kind of manga.

@thereIwasnt Wait, the author of Amnesia started writing ecchi harems and this is one of his “new” works?

@VivavideoUser2x why? It's supposed not too? Maybe have a good tracking record so publisher trust them. Especially considering how niche they write for.

As harem fanboy I didn't expect to say this but .... nothing of value will be lost when this abomination ends

@thereIwasnt isn't Maybe a duo, not one person?

One by one, the manga I'm reading coming to an end. Given that ending is luxury and a good one especially, I'm not complaning. Nevertheless, I'm starting to feel old.

Quietly hoping that Maybe is done with harems and will go back to one-on-one relationships like he had for Tasogare Otome x Amnesia and Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e. He's at his best telling original stories, and I hate to admit that Kekkon Yubiwa was anything but.

A good long run that got to tell the story it wanted to tell. Can't really say no to that.
