'Sokushi Cheat ga Saikyou sugite, Isekai no Yatsura ga Marude Aite ni Naranai n desu ga.' Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, First Promo

The official website of the Sokushi Cheat ga Saikyou sugite, Isekai no Yatsura ga Marude Aite ni Naranai n desu ga. (My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered, No One in This Other World Stands a Chance Against Me!) television anime revealed additional cast, staff and the first promotional video on Thursday. The anime is set to premiere in January 2024 on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11.

Masakazu Hishida (Hanyou no Yashahime: Sengoku Otogizoushi - Ni no Shou) is helming the anime at Okuruto Noboru. Hishida is also handling the series composition and script. Sayuri Sakimoto (Orient chief animation director) is designing the characters.

Fujitaka began penning the fantasy adventure novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in February 2016. Earth Star Entertainment acquired the novel and published the first volume under their Earth Star Novel imprint in October 2016, featuring illustrations by Chisato Naruse. The 14th and final volume was shipped on March 15.

Hanamaru Nanto began drawing a manga adaptation in Comic Earth☆Star in March 2018. The ninth volume was released on August 10.

J-Novel Club licensed the light novel and manga digitally in July 2020 and 2021, respectively. The 13th light novel volume went on sale on February 20, and the seventh manga volume was released on February 24.

Oh hell yeah!! I've been waiting for this one to get it's anime adaption. Love the art style and the author's writing since they fall to contrived scenarios due to poor writing ability
and pandering far less than a significant portion of media recently. Many will find fault with this anime and story but I'm so glad an author with integrity is finally in the limelight again.

I do like this one, but by no means I am going to call it "King!/Peak Fiction!/10 out of 10 masterpiece", and other buzzwoords the seasonal hypetrain jumpers of this forum like to use to anything they find interesting post-episode 1...

well at least this is another mix up where its the whole class AND theyre wearing their modern day school uniforms, so theres SOME attempt to make it different despite the troll title
