@MegamiRem I will have to consider giving it another look, though for now may just wait for the anime and get my impressions from there.

@MegamiRem, ok. They can make second season anytime, manga is very popular.

@Memore You didn't get my point lol. 4 chapters per episode can happen when the chapters have very little content which is usually the case for many battle shounens where action is the main focus and many chapters are filled with just action spreads which when animated equals to few minutes of an episode.

@MegamiRem, I know, I never mentioned it.

Oct 11, 2023 6:48 AM by Memore

@Memore It's not a battle shounen bro.

Oct 11, 2023 6:00 AM by MegamiRem

@MegamiRem, 97 chapters total, 4 chapter per one episode, it is real. At least I think so.

Oct 11, 2023 5:23 AM by Memore

@MegamiRem ye but there is always a possibility they will cut contents or rush it

Oct 11, 2023 3:56 AM by deg

@deg They can always make another season to completely adapt it.

Oct 11, 2023 3:19 AM by MegamiRem

@MegamiRem im not sure if it will be a complete anime adaptation with that info you gave

Oct 11, 2023 2:59 AM by deg

@deg Why is it worrying?

Oct 11, 2023 2:40 AM by MegamiRem

@MegamiRem ok thats worrying then

@lanlenore There's a lot going on. Things get much more interesting as the story progresses and you get to see the bigger picture. It's a fantastic manga.

I'm so excited and happy!!! I only started reading the manga in June of this year, but this looks so good!!
Dungeon Meshi is literally a master class of its own. And it looks like we'll get a full adaptation.

@Memore I'm curious, what makes you guys think so? There was nothing saying they'll completely adapt it unless you guys are assuming they'll do it in just two cours.

the manga is only 100 chapters so roughly 4 chapters per episode is good for 2 cours
Yeah nope, it's a monthly manga with 30+ pages per chapter and a lot of content in most chapters. So unless they rush it a lot I don't think that's happening.

@lanlenore i do not know sorry since i have not read the manga i just saw how many chapters it has on MAL

I look forward to checking this anime out, the animation looks great, and the art style is so unique. I read a little bit of the manga, and really like the quirky characters, especially 'not having any of this' Marcille. I think the anime will keep my attention a bit better in this instance, some stuff I enjoy manga as much as anime, but sometimes I enjoy one more than the other.

@deg Is there a side plot or a bigger plot that develops as it goes along? I read the first volume or so and it was fun, but did not have any sort of...goal that I could see to keep me engaged.
