'Bucchigire!' Unveils Additional Cast, Theme Song Artists, Second Promo
The official website of the Bucchigire! (Shine On! Bakumatsu Bad Boys) original television anime revealed on Thursday three additional cast, theme songs, and the second promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere on July 8 at 10:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS11, Shizuoka Broadcasting, AT-X, and Nagasaki Cultural Broadcasting.
Cast
Rashoumaru: Taku Yashiro (Enen no Shouboutai)
Matsudaira Katamori: Yuusuke Shirai (Sentouin, Hakenshimasu!)
Akizuki Teijirou: Kouji Ishii (Akame ga Kill!)
Singer Takanori Nishikawa (Edens Zero, Soul Eater) is performing the opening theme "Ichiban Hikare! -Bucchigire!-," and Jizou Sonzai name-less performs the ending theme "Danzai Democracy." Both theme songs are previewed in the promotional video below.
Tetsuo Hirakawa (Zero kara Hajimeru Mahou no Sho) is helming the anime as well as handling the series composition at Geno Studio. Masafumi Yokota (Mahoutsukai no Yome: Hoshi Matsu Hito sub-character design) adapts the original character designs from Hiroyuki Takei (Shaman King) and Yasuharu Takanashi (Kengan Ashura) is composing the music.
