It seems that the only times a girl is the protagonist of an anime is always in a most normal slice of life series. It's not that I think it's bad, but honestly they are not animes that amuse me much. It would be good to see more action animes or with a more elaborate plot where a girl stars. Seriously the fun and interesting shows alway is heavily dragged down by same generic bland male mc
it's a shame that wonder egg failed

Did you watch "Vivy Fluorite Eye's song" ? MC is female and badass and there's some really good action scenes. It was one of the best original anime that came out last year.

technically the protagonist is a robot, but above all the story was simply mediocre and predictable sorry U_U

Pretty talented staff with Megumi Kouno designing and CAD of the anime is a plus. Seems generic slice of life anime. The PV is beautiful with that character sakuga

I was honestly hoping that kyoani was going to pick this up since it seems like something they would, but this is fine if they make the series good

Seriously? You can find not just a bunch of action shows with a female protagonist, but even a whole bunch of all-female action titles. For example, Strike Witches or Senran Kagura. You think most of these shows are SoL because you are cherry picking due to the fact that CGDCT is one of the most popular female MC shows for male audiences.

>Strike witches
>Senran kagura

this is a joke?
Those are fanservice shows that have no history or good concepts, they don't count and are part of the general problem.

Oh, so you want the purest possible show from those not physically attracted to women? Then how about Yona?

The original manga is so wholesome that even Hitori Bocchi will look languid erotic against its background. Which is odd considering how much this work sexualizes the heroines.

wholesome? I kust saw yuri-crusader's post and of course it's yuri bait. Not my thing, this doesn't look like tamayura or amanchu
lol yuri-crusader's comment doesn't mean much, everything can be yuri if there are two cute girls together for the crusader

the plot is that she wants to make 100 friends, how cuuuuute, well, I guess it's better than yamada (B Gata H Kei) who wants to have 100 sex buddies

There is actually a plot there, but it's rather subtle compared to a bunch of incredibly detailed arts with underage innocent girls.

The cast are good with Kitou Akari and Amamiya Sora. The arts and visuals also looking nice. Hope it will be a good adaptation from CloverWorks.

The production team! I can sense its animation will be great.

So far it has only girls in the cast, just how I want it

I have read some from the manga and IMO it has pretty strong Yuri vibes

I hope the anime also going to have delicious Yuri

CloverWorks are often a hit or miss for me =P So it might be something I will enjoy

an anime girl and a high school sailor uniform, that's the whole premise, what can go wrong?
