OVA of Ecchi Manga Aki-Sora Announced

According to the notice to bookshops, Itosugi Masahiro's manga "Aki-Sora" was announced to get an OVA adaptation. It will be bundled with the manga volume 3 Limited Edition to be released on December 18th.

just saw this was out, pretty surprised wouldnt think it'll get adapted into an anime especially with all that borderline hentai stuff :p i would love to see how they do chp 6, thats when i stopped reading the manga :S

I did't expect it to be an OVA adaptation...
Judging from the manga...it not like ecchi anymore...more like hentai perhaps?
i can't imagine Eri Kitamura will sound like what in that ova...i afraid to hear it

I can't help but get the feeling that it'll probably be heavily censored or changed. Well we'll just have to wait and see. Otherwise I can't wait to see!!!

OVA give you a good basis of story, if you typically want to find out more read the manga.

Edit: Happy World ( http://myanimelist.net/anime/319/Happy_World! ) is my kind of example when the OVA was ok but not good however it got me to read the manga which i found to be great. :p

I was really surprised when I saw this news announcement on ANN. Can't wait to check it out once its released. This manga spurred me on to reading other manga due to the lovely artwork... among other things... so it will always have a special place in my heart lol

The staff for this OVA is great and the decision to have Eri Kitamura (who I loved in her Chaos Head and Toradora roles) play Aki is a fantastic choice! :D

Aki Sora is in my opinion the best manga there is.
I'm quite happy it will be animated, but I hope later on it becomes a full TV series. It's just a shame that it will take a while before they have enough material for that.
Chapter 4 and Chapter 6 were "liberating" in the moral sense. They were all about freedom. But the best chapter is not the legendary "Chapter 6". The best chapter is Chapter 9. The tension was incredible.
