Kadokawa Produces a Visual FX Anime Based on a Movie Released in 1966
According to Tokusatsu Newtype May issue, a new TV program "Daimajin Kanon" was announced to be aired this autumn. It's called a "VFX Fantasy Drama" and the draft character design indicates it is an anime.
The program is a remake of an old movie "Daimajin (English Wikipedia)" released in 1966.
