New Anime To Aru Kagaku no Rail Gun Announced [Updated]

A side story of To Aru Majutsu no Index, manga "To Aru Kagaku no Rail Gun" was announced to get an anime adaptation. The notice was aired at the end of the final episode of To Aru Majutsu no Index aired on AT-X channel. The detail of the anime will be given in Dengeki Daioh May issue to be released on March 27th.

By looking at the anime poster, i was impressed with the drawing. But when i found out the anime was under JC staff production, i have to think twice becos i don't really watch anime under JC staff production except all those shoujo anime like nodame cantabile, honey and clover and hatsukoi limited. I doubted that the studio can even come out with great action anime becos the movements are quite restricted. But i 've decided to try on in the end.... i was SHOCKED and speechless. Since when ...JC staff had come this far????

I love the animation ....graphics and everything. Mikoto had a really cool technique, 'railgun' was such a blast. The only part that disturbs me is her boobs being squeezed.

They could have done Shana 3 -.-.

What does animating Railgun have to do with SnS3? J.C. Staff often releases few shows in a season so Railgun won't interfere.

How about Touma? And other guys? I would also love to see Kanzaki in the show.

Biribiri is awesome but her best parts in the show were when she got embarrassed around Touma. Without him its not going to be the same.

as of chapter 13: touma's in it a bit. kinda minor character...mostly there for comic relief and to show what he's doing on the index side of things. basically he does the same things from the anime: fighting with mikoto, talking with her a little, etc. stiyl has a one-panel cameo; he doesn't speak. no kanzaki.
