In both series, the main protagonists gets dragged in twisted games that can potentially put their lives in danger. There are rules and both series establishes mechanics that makes their games truly dangerous if not followed. Violence exists as well as mature content throughout their storytelling. Recommended for fans interested in a psychological thriller with a twisty plot.

Pretty similar. A story where the human value is seen in money and they ability to gamble and cheat...

Betting your lives at stake? That could gotten worst on such a simple but epic battle Sure enough whether gambling/cooking could tense your pure excitement and be taken within all your glory by winning without turning back to your opponent Also had the same vibes as he/she got transfer in a not so elite school. some set of rules are taken also by the elite of the student council Expelled/Failed = Become a slave or a Housepet

Psychological manga based around teenagers participating in increasingly intense games of gambling and deception, with a protagonist who seems like a normal person but is actually a complete psychopath. Lots of edge and crazy faces.

The greater the risk the greater the reward. Catch a glimpse of ecstasy when dangerous bets are placed.

Both mangas deal with "fight to survive" scenarios as well as dictator-like student councils that implement a caste system among the school students.

Kakegurui and alice in borderland has so much in common, kakegurui and alice in borderland has unique games and rules for it. While kakegurui's games are about gambling and has a lot of cheating, alice in borderland has a lot of games about strength, brain, mental, and teamwork that will decide if you die or live longer.

The theme is quite similar where both are set in a special school where everything is determined by the game. if in Kakegurui money is at stake while in Liar Liar is risking stars which are the most important treasures for students.

Usogui and Kakegurui are both mostly about gambling. Baku (from Usogui) and Yumeko (from Kakegurui) are both addicted to gambling and end up winning almost every game they play.

Both titles have very interesting premises with great art and are both insanely disappointing. Diner's premise is the protagonist having to work in a diner that serves only the most depraved criminals, contract killers, serial killers/rapists and undeground mobs etc. The narrative voices and dialogue is corny and senseless, with the pacing of the plot being horrific. I reccomend Diner to those who actually liked Kakegurui.

Like manga about a school which has a terrible society in which the school is built on with plot holes and two denominational characters? You will LOVE this.

Kakegurui and 81 Diver has different premises but both series tells of a story that is branded with mind game twists. There is a psychological feel that tests the wits of the main characters. The protagonists from both series also has strategic minds. Their interaction with others can be thrilling and intimidating as we see the challenges they undertake.

They're both give the sens of competition and self satisfaction, with over the top battles with maniac characters with everything and stake. They're also very creative using its premise, with interesting games and arcs.

both manga are about gambling, in kakegurui you bet money and in No Game No Life you bet anything in games. both manga have a main character who is an expert at games and love gambling, though in No Game No Life the main characters never lose and in Kakegurui the main character simply enjoys gambling because of the excitement of the risk.

Both have a similar MC and it just gives that vibe of being mysterious. Though the story aren't similar, it's setting is in a highschool, just like the beginning of Aku no Hana.
