I really liked the storyline. The series is more or less short which is really nice. Basically, a start is about a boy who tries to impress a shy and seemingly hard to get girl. An angel then starts to help

In anime and manga, love tends to be one of the weirdest things to happen. This manga is no exception. Enter, Kouta Matsushiro who happens to have a crush on his classmate and is terrible at him trying to get her attention. One day a cupid (or rather a witch) named Sasara shows up in Kouta's life in order to solve his issue. Only problem is, her magic sucks. It leaves Kouta in often akward, yet funny situations where nothing he does goes according to plan.

Countrouble follows the story of a boy who gets a visit from a cupid like angel Sasara, who then proceeds to serve as matchmaker between him and the girl of his dreams. She then proceeds to wreck havoc with his life, often casting love spells that all are dependent on the number 10 for some reason.
I can't say this manga is unique in anyway, but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever read. It's a fairly "by number" (no pun intended) harem/romance anime. It sits more on the romance side than the harem side, as he is fairly singularly focused on one girl, and ...

This is a manga that is something i wasn't expecting. Was expecting a interesting idea that after the first 10 chapters gets repetitive. But i was wrong it was fun all through out the series.
Only two issues i feel bringing up. ~~ Spoilers Beware~~ The MC's child hood friend Meiko has a crush on him. While it doesn't change much and the MC still ends up with his original love Akino. It just feels i guess sad would be the word or let down that she is just ends up accepting it. Just feel bad for her. The ending. While most endings would be annoying because ...

This manga is a little bit generic or whatsoever but its romance and comedy is great.
so here's my short review about this manga. Story: the story about a generic protagonist who has a crush on a girl who is complete opposite of him, the girl has perfect grades,good looking, and a cool aura around her where the boy is a generic MC. so if your wondering if the story is interesting well yeah. the might be predictable but there are times you just can't hate this kind of manga and i had a great time reading this manga. the story is generic but its rom-com on ...

tl;dr: A manga focused purely on comedy that’s only decent at it.
This manga is a rom-com gag manga. There’s very little that’s fully serious in the manga with the focus being much more on comedy than any sort of plot. Even when it seems like something serious is happening, in the end it often turns out to be just a joke. The problem is that while the humor is decent enough, it’s not good enough to hold up the whole manga. The various mechanics and situations arising from the magic are amusing, even if they don’t have any impact, but there wasn’t enough variety to things considering ...

Countrouble is is a good casual manga. It stands out from the other mangas of the genre with the "help" of Sasara and her magic which creates unique romance and comedy situations. Also, the manga is slightly Ecchi, if you are into that.
The characters are what you would expect from a school romance, the easy going wishy-washy protagonist, the beautiful and shy best-student-in-the-class and the... childhood friend. The art got my attention, it has a distinctive style. Some pages have nice detailed art. I enjoyed reading it, it left me wanting to read more, which is always a good sign. |
