I really liked the storyline. The series is more or less short which is really nice. Basically, a start is about a boy who tries to impress a shy and seemingly hard to get girl. An angel then starts to help

Story - The story is a bit more unique than most other romance novels. At the beginning, I find it a bit more innovative. As the story builds on, it becomes a typical love and romance novel. The story is pretty fun throughout the series which is great. I found very compelling but not a manga that would leave a huge imprint in my ... mind.

Art - Good artwork. Childish but fits the setting and mood of the story.

Characters - The main boy character is pretty funny and clumsy. That's becoming pretty typical for these comedy love mangas. The angels involved in the story really make it funny and magical :). I thought they were the most unique. Angels who'd do anything to play video games are pretty cool.

Enjoyment - I wasn't let down with this manga. I enjoyed it till the end.

Overall - Definitely a 9. I really enjoyed it and would recommend reading it if you like comedy romances.

In anime and manga, love tends to be one of the weirdest things to happen. This manga is no exception. Enter, Kouta Matsushiro who happens to have a crush on his classmate and is terrible at him trying to get her attention. One day a cupid (or rather a witch) named Sasara shows up in Kouta's life in order to solve his issue. Only problem is, her magic sucks. It leaves Kouta in often akward, yet funny situations where nothing he does goes according to plan.

Story: The story is pretty straight forward, guy falls in love with girl but fails to grab her attention. ... In comes cupid (witch) in order his problems. The story takes a turn a bit more than your typical romance manga in which the main character uses "Love Magic" in which certain requirements have to be met, such as "Pat your crushes head 10 times" or "Get your crush to say 'thank you' 10 times"

Art: Typical with occasional emphasis to detail on some chapters.

Characters: The characters were pretty funny and enjoyable to watch them in certain situations. Even the angels had their own running joke that doesn't get stale.

Enjoyment: I found myself reading more and more until I was finally done.

Overall: This is definitely one of many romance mangas I wouldn't hesitate to re-read for the sake of the enjoyable comedic situations and characters. The ending made it well worth reading. Definitely one for romance comedy fans.

Countrouble follows the story of a boy who gets a visit from a cupid like angel Sasara, who then proceeds to serve as matchmaker between him and the girl of his dreams. She then proceeds to wreck havoc with his life, often casting love spells that all are dependent on the number 10 for some reason.

I can't say this manga is unique in anyway, but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever read. It's a fairly "by number" (no pun intended) harem/romance anime. It sits more on the romance side than the harem side, as he is fairly singularly focused on one girl, and ... most of the other girls interested in him don't really develop.

I felt as I read this manga that the author never really had a plan for it. He wanted to do a love cupid thing, started it, and then kind of just threw stuff around whenever he felt like it. In the end, you end up with a plot that can really only be described as scatterbrained.

It's coherent and easy to follow, but there seemed to be no plan. This becomes apparent the farther the author gets into it. He'll introduce side characters only to have them just disappear. A good half of them never develop properly. His childhood friend, which makes the major source of conflict in the first half of the manga, seemingly just disappears when it becomes plot convenient, as does her angel, who was working in opposition of the MC's cupid.

The entire story has this flow. Nothing gets foreshadowed. The author decides suddenly he wants one character to have a sister, that sister just happens to show up and be used for the duration of that chapter. There is never any sign of development building over multiple chapters. Sometimes, he'll even backpedal relationships, forgetting events that already happened.

From a humor perspective, the manga is self aware, making fun of it's own genre and breaking the 4th wall from time to time. However, the story never really became much better for it. By chapter 20, I was ready for the whole thing to be over. The characters themselves seemed to even realize this, one character stating that the only reason she was still there was because otherwise the manga would be over. Sorry, if even the author realizes he's out of story and just stretching it, making a joke about it doesn't negate the fact that that's what you're doing.

On the plus side, the manga is well drawn and amusing and is a nice light read. If you're looking for a light romance, with some comedy, and very light harem, this would be a good one for you. It's kind of like the junk food of the manga world. It's not going to win awards, but it'll keep you entertained and satisfied.

This is a manga that is something i wasn't expecting. Was expecting a interesting idea that after the first 10 chapters gets repetitive. But i was wrong it was fun all through out the series.

Only two issues i feel bringing up.

The MC's child hood friend Meiko has a crush on him. While it doesn't change much and the MC still ends up with his original love Akino. It just feels i guess sad would be the word or let down that she is just ends up accepting it. Just feel bad for her.

The ending. While most endings would be annoying because ... they left too much left too dust or just overall bad ending. In this the ending wasn't really bad but i feel could've been more. Akino ends up having to move away. Both her and Kouta still go see each other every week. This is kind of a let down. Might have like something such as Kouta ending up moving to where she is going or something alike. The other thing is the angel ( Sasara ) She ends up leaving to continue her job. I kind of wished she stayed with Kouta. Hell would've liked if they both ended up going somewhere together. Such as him becoming an assistance to Sasara.

Overall a fun story to read that kind of goes against the typical love stories. Would recommend if it sounds interesting to you at all.

This manga is a little bit generic or whatsoever but its romance and comedy is great.

so here's my short review about this manga.

Story: the story about a generic protagonist who has a crush on a girl who is complete opposite of him, the girl has perfect grades,good looking, and a cool aura around her where the boy is a generic MC. so if your wondering if the story is interesting well yeah. the might be predictable but there are times you just can't hate this kind of manga and i had a great time reading this manga. the story is generic but its rom-com on ... this one is good for me, maybe because i already read so many mangas where the mc are so indecisive suc as:( kimi iru no machi,suzuka,ichigo 100%(probably the most annoying one), I"s, and ETC. anyway i give it an 8/10 (cause i was able to enjoy the story ).

Art: the art is great but not that great compared to kimi iru no machi (this manga will sometimes compared their art to kimi iru machi and their story somehow). 8/10

Enjoyment: i was able to enjoy it so another 8/10

Character: the character are generic and indecisive by i'm already used to this types of characters so i think i can give it a higher score. 7/10

Overall: the story has a light vibe around and good romance. you'll realize that this manga is great specially after you read those manga that i mention above earlier before reading this, anyway its good for me. 7.5or8/10

tl;dr: A manga focused purely on comedy that’s only decent at it. 

This manga is a rom-com gag manga. There’s very little that’s fully serious in the manga with the focus being much more on comedy than any sort of plot. Even when it seems like something serious is happening, in the end it often turns out to be just a joke. The problem is that while the humor is decent enough, it’s not good enough to hold up the whole manga. The various mechanics and situations arising from the magic are amusing, even if they don’t have any impact, but there wasn’t enough variety to things considering ... the humor was all there was really. The manga is centered around romance, but relationship development isn’t done particularly well with progress feeling pretty abrupt whenever it occurred. The character set also felt pretty flat and arbitrary. The exception to all this is the ending of the manga, which while still humorous, takes itself pretty seriously and despite this being a pretty major shift from the rest of the manga surprisingly actually manages to do a good if rushed job. The art is good although the designs are somewhat dull. 

Countrouble is is a good casual manga. It stands out from the other mangas of the genre with the "help" of Sasara and her magic which creates unique romance and comedy situations. Also, the manga is slightly Ecchi, if you are into that.

The characters are what you would expect from a school romance, the easy going wishy-washy protagonist, the beautiful and shy best-student-in-the-class and the... childhood friend.

The art got my attention, it has a distinctive style. Some pages have nice detailed art.

I enjoyed reading it, it left me wanting to read more, which is always a good sign.
