Synopsis

Half-Japanese Half-Swedish Mari Maria Winter Nanase has everything in life. She was raised in a well-off family in Scandinavia and America, she is popular among the girls, and she has good looks. However, she is missing one thing: she can't talk to boys!

After picking up a book on love in the library, she found a suspicious-looking ad on the back. The ad was for Love Agency, a service promising a "pro in love" to handle your love for you. When she scans it, an agent called "Kon-chan" pops out and promises to help her fall in love with her crush. However, her crush, Masaya Seki, isn't so innocent in his ways either and is also using this app to get with her. How will this pair of hopeless lovers turn out?

Its really good, read it.
Akasaka has proved himself with Oshi No Ko and Kaguya, at the start I thought this one seemed weak in comparison, but its growing stronger on each chapter.
Most characters are good and lovable, they're really flashed out, the first 5 or so chapters were kinda misleading making most of them seem kinda generic, I think that was on purpose like a interesting plot twist.
Characters interact with each other in such a human way, it seems like watching real people relationships, from making mistakes to having some behavior patterns and desires, its very captivating.

At first, Renai Daikou seems to be an ordinary rom com, but it's actually a big game of lies and deception by our two protagonists. Sound familiar? The overarching theme of lies and hiding one's true self that's present in several of Akasaka's works is prevalent in this one as well, though so far it seems to be more on the lighthearted side.

Alright, this manga is really bad. Like, I’m not even kidding, each chapter makes me want to pour bleach in my eyes… HOWEVER, I just can’t take my eyes off of this piece of trash; the plot is such a mess that you can’t help but want to see the ending.
