I just read the first chapter to compare, a van joke about kidnapping her that took up a tiny panel of a page from a 67 page chapter, that's what's he's bitching about. Yep, anime only's are eating good while some manga readers are "am actually devastated" because the adaptation isn't 100% accurate the whole way through lol, or doesn't capture their exact image of the work... |

| Not only that the whole adaptation is trash. Some scenes were literal still panels and don't get me started on that sorry excuse of a fight scene. Now I know how the rest of the fights are going to look like in the future lmao. What happened to the great jokes of the manga and the creative use of panels it had, none of that was translated here! An immediate drop |

BRO WHAT. As an anime only I still loved the 1st episode, but I can’t believe they censored it this hard?!?!? That last bed scene (which I assume was metaphorical imagery) is just completely gone. I will still enjoy the show… but it could have been even more wild which is a shame. |

yeah, im obviously overreacting, i will say that. but that doesnt mean im not worried at how it will turn out or a little worried.
the music and voice acting is really good. but for a manga that relies a lot on visual gags... the animation has a little to be desired..

He apparently talked out of his ass and forgot that anime onlies are not that better... but this time manga readers have reason on this. I'm an anime only and agree with you. And no it won't get better, the tone has been set this what you should expect for the rest of the season... If Shimoneta was released today, they would cut it's balls and you would have this anime. Japan is getting to influenced by western morals ffs |

| @amlg Which is exactly my point. They are crying for something not worth at all in the first place. You can still write ero manga with good comedic format (dirty jokes with a lead in and a punchline). The jokes in this nothingburger horny manga is just putting a horny drawing and expecting the audience to laugh at it. I quickly read the first 3 chapters of this manga in less than 5 mins and the only joke that had any kind of well thought process was the one where the friend of the mc was rejected 5 times with each iteration being a lesser form of a hopeful relationship with the girl. Seitokai Yakuindomo is a great example of how to write dirty manga and it doesn't even have to rely on horny art. Tejina senpai is also a solid example of witty writting while also adding in horny art. Heck 100 girlfirends does both and it even blows out of the water the two I mentioned. |

| It's honestly a big dissapointment. I was looking forward for this adaptation since I really love the manga, but I don't enjoy watching this one bit. Weird direction/pacing, poor animation, canned BGM that doesn't fit... I kinda like the artstyle and voice acting though. I guess I'll watch it till the end just for the sake of it, but to all anime onlys: if you like the characters & comedy, please just do yourself a favor and read the manga. |
| I thought OP was just another typical source reader elitist talking his ass out but seeing the comparisons.... I apologize, it isnt just a minor censorship. The only reason why I would pick the anime over the manga is that Ayaneru is voicing the VA and for some unGodly reason they had motherfcking Goku and Luffy's VA out of nowhere brawling it out in a cat and dog costume. |

| @DarkDooM2 thanks for info, now i know why the last image didn't feel funny at all. what was supposed to be a reversed post-coitus scene replaced with lighting fireworks scene, wtf whoever destroyed the original jokes deserve 1 star, just like whoever destroyed deadpool image (as weapon IX) in "x-men origins:wolverine" movie years ago |
