So we’ve got a deadline of 13 days now for the final fight. Looks like everything is starting to come together. Story has def got better since season 1, but too little too late imo.

With Winona out of commission, there's a lot at stake, and Orphen, for better or worse, is limited in his movements to ensure that the Imminent Domain is kept safe, following Damian's orders. But since Lord Almagest seems unsafe and shady to trust, and looking for people to serve as his pawns, a fair warning from the Sorcerer himself to both Majic and Claiomh to learn from people other than him.

Both Majic and Claiomh finding a hidden underground passage, and other than Claiomh being taken away, both Majic and Lottecia went to find her, which the latter ascertained that it's Corgon, who also shot Winona. Ed's reasoning however, to see Lottecia, while Claiomh got whisked by the brothers goons, exposes Lottecia's father escaping from the Dragon's Sanctuary along with her, passing hands from Beedo onto him, having a special power just like Lord Almagest of being immortal. And despite Lottecia having no choice but to follow her ex-husband, the Living Ghost that is Almagest, created by Damian from the network himself, he has shown himself to be the formidable enemy that uses people for manipulation being ghosts.

The Chaos Witch, Azalie, is awaiting Orphen, and the secret of the Dragon's Sanctuary is about to be uncovered.

If this was properly paced and directed and animated and 100000 things else, the story would have been good from the get go, but as I keep saying, the final arc is THICK, specially books 19 and 20. Just a disclaimer, some people may not like the ending.

I'm so eager to see a specific scene with Azalie in the next episode or the following after, of course, if they don't cut it.

And here we have some long awaited answers accompanied by a few more new questions.
To be frank, I was never expecting much from Lottecia's subplot but the newest revelations about her childhood/conception are rather intriguing.

Is going to end everything in this season or have the chance of another season to adapt the remaining books?

How can I say this without spoiling... the end of this season is not closed, it's open to more stories. So Akita wrote a bridge in between the Stray Journey arc (what this anime is covering) and the New Journey (set 20 years in the future with Orphen in his 40s and no, this is no spoiler, it's in the book synopsis). I'm not saying the name of this adventure (which could actually become a movie and Deen so far has had decent-ish movies so if we get an Orphen movie by Deen, it may be good if properly done) cuz it kinda is spoiler-ish of the Stray Journey ending, it's set right after the ending and it reunites all the familiar faces who didn't die into a big adventure.

Does the new journey is still ongoing or is already ended ?
I can't find anything about the new journey

It's still ongoing I believe. I think the last volume was released in 2018 or 19 and then he went on to write filler stories in between Reckless (a comedy spin-off series of 13 volumes set months before the Stray Journey arc) and the main story. You didn't find anything because it's all in japanese, I used machine translator to get a grasp of it. It's all set in 4 parts: part 1 is I believe the first part of Stray Journey. Part 2 is part 2 of the same arc. Part 3 is "cut" cuz it's the bridge story, I believe, which could become the movie I mentioned and part 4 is the new journey. The new journey by the way has more pages and the book is bigger too (photo is not mine).

If you want to spoil yourself, have a blast here (japanese, use machine translation): http://www.orphenpedia.com/
