Just out of curiosity. We know the premise is that he donated a lot of his organs including one of his family jewels. But the fact that he resurrects due to plot device, he does get everything back right?

Probably yeah. He got his eye back and isn't coughing up blood anymore so I assume any health issues he had were resolved

Pochita replacing Denji's heart turns him into a devil and devil can regenerate via drinking blood (as seen with the Bat Devil regrowing his arm) so it made sense that Denji's nuts grew back
