| The only clip channel that actually ever pops up for me is the official Crunchyroll one, but I do sometimes see short clip of something pretty in the background of an anituber talking video, or as part of an AMV and if it's interesting/funny and cool-looking, I watch it. | Shout out to the Khornime youtube channel. It doesn't upload anymore, but while it still had videos it was the channel that "taught" me anime. I probably watched a couple shows because Khornime showed clips of it, but what I really remember it for was making me able to recognize an anime just based on a clip. I probably wouldn't have a general knowledge of anime as large as I do now if it weren't for that channel. Edit: It also probably kickstarted my phase I had for a while of trying to find the name of every anime and manga I came across. I don't do that now days, but there are some shows and manga I now know of that I've honestly never heard anyone mention, and I probably wouldn't know them if I didn't go through that phase. |

| I've watched a few anime by clips on Youtube (Aho Girl, Chuunibyou, Majo no Tabitabi, Machikado Mazoku). I've also watched anime just by having seen a meme, but my I think my peak is to have seen a random character's picture, search for it with the reverse image search engine, get its name from there and watch it. |

| Approximately 70% of anime I watch from my PTWL is purely from a random clip. I think clips give a good insight of what kind of anime they are. But of course I check the comments first to see if that anime has a good reception (then add it to PTWL even if people don't praise it) |

| clips of some shit naruto fmv back in like 2002. Naruto had only aired about 50 episodes at that time. Before shippuden. Before Boruto. Somewhere in the chunin exams me thinks actually come to think of it, after watching that AMV it first led me to watching Cowboy Bebop and the first 25 episodes of bleach using the ancient technology of burnt CDs. But then online streaming was sorta becoming a new thing a that time in the sketchy parts of the internet for anime and i found naruto with some fan dubs of varying quality. |

| When I first got into anime again (right after discovering MAL) I unironically watched a lot of Watchmojo.com videos since they were the first thing I thought of that had clips of different anime. It got me into FMA:B, Devilman Crybaby, and Btooom though, so I'm not complaining. |

| I actually got into Dragonball Z via Toonami promos that I found on YouTube as well as seeing adverts for it on Cartoon Network and the rest was history. Though me saying that, it has happened fairly recently but I can't remember what it was for. Otherwise I haven't done much of that. |
