Re creators is a great reverse isekai, the concept is a bit similar to fate(mostly because this anime original was made by the person who directed fate) but its still very interesting

I’d recommend Log Horizon, Overlord, Slime Isekai, Spider Isekai, and Mushoku Tensei. All of them have decent pacing, great animation (besides spider, it sometimes has weird CGI), and likable characters. And Mushoku is definitely the outlier here being probably the best Isekai anime ever made.

If you are from South East Asia, then I request you, when you will start an anime, you search if it is available on Muse Asia and Ani-one Asia, before looking through piracy websites

Mushoku Tensei, Overlord and Slime Isekai, for worldbuilding
Konosuba for comedy
Add in Shield Hero and Youjo Senki as well.

While not as good as Re: Zero, these are still good enough as far as isekais go.

I still don't understand what the hell is so good about this anime. Most of are watching because of Ram nothing more or less(including me). I recommend That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime, The Rising Of Shield Hero and Mushoku Tensei are best Isikai you can watch or more are there.

I would if I could, but the fact I can't rather tells you a lot about the subgenre.

I suppose Konosuba and Cautious Hero are fairly acceptable, the latter does some fairly interesting ideas with the genre, but the only thing certifiably good would have to be Re:Creators, and even that's a reverse Isekai so it hardly counts.
Well I for one already loved Lain.

Since you are 2006 born you can't understand why Re:Zero is a masterpiece but you recommend trash power fantasy isekai instead.

Anyway Re:Zero is not just best isekai but it is also 50x better than second best isekai. Overlord, Slime, Shield Hero, Mushoku Tensei etc. is mostly mid or garbage.

Mushoku Tensei, Re:Zero, Tensura, Konosuba, Hataraku maou Sana (reverse isekai and pretty neat)

gonna add some more details:
1. Re:Zero - The best. I'm a huge Psychological fan and Re:Zero was just crafted to match my interests.

2. Tensura - Insane worldbuilding. Though season 2 part 2 was kinda boring and bad

3. Konosuba - All gag. doesn't really have a plot but it's extremely enjoyable

4. Mushoku Tensei - Probably gonna have the best worldbuilding in the future cuz even just the first season blows the second best Worldbuilding (Tensura) out of the water

5. Hataraku maou sama - Reverse isekai. Not up there with the rest but it's the only 5th position I could find tbh. It's decent and fairly enjoyable though.

How is Mushoku a power fantasy? Honestly it’s more of a character driven drama with some comedic aspects as of now. It barley focuses on battles and a power system.

Don’t let ‘em full ya.
Mushoku Tensei only had a good start but fell flat after a few episodes and only got less and less interesting until the end of the second cour.
KonoSuba is a comedy/parody isekai and the humor was so meh. I had to force myself to finish the first season. But comedy is subjective so you might enjoy it more.
I haven’t watched Slime so you gonna have to figure that out yourself.
The only genuinely good Isekai I have watched are No Game No Life and ReZero.

(Edit: I forgot to mention Cautious Hero. This is a good Isekai too. I always let this one slip my mind but the comedy in this one >>> KonoSuba’s Comedy)

Here are some isekai shows that I personally liked:

=>Action :
-Re:zero
-Jobless Reincarnation
-That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime
-Overlord
-The Saga Of Tanya The Evil
-The Rising Of The Shield Hero
-Grimgar Of Fantasy And Ash (tho i would recommend watching this one last, since it takes on the unique premise of realistic fantasy)
-Gate (this one is too a pretty unique isekai idea. It uses the idea of traveling between the real world and fantasy)
-Creators (unique as well. It's a reversed isekai)
-Log Horizon
-Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy
-Faraway Paladin
-To Your Eternity (I'm not sure whether to count this as an Isekai, but It's a really good show)
-Swords Art Online (I didn't want to recommend this one, but please, don't watch after season 1)

=>Comedy or Slice Of Life:
-KonoSuba (is a must watch)
-How A Realistic Hero Rebuilt The Kingdom (is a political kind of anime, so I inserted it here)
-The Ascendance Of A Bookworm
-Isekai Quartet (watch this after seeing KonoSuba, Rezero, Overlord, Tanya The Evil, and Shield Hero since all the characters are from those shows)
-Cautious Hero
-Meryuko Black Company
-No Game No Life (only watch it if you realy have no life)
-Restaurant To Another World
-The Devil Is A Part-Timer

I had to stop there since my battery is about to die, and I couldn't remember anymore good shows.
And If you're interested in the very first isekai (as far as I know), then try Monster Rancher.

If I remember any other ones I will edit them in when I have time.

Personally, my order for the isekais I've seen is;

1) Re:Zero - I am cautious, since I can see some hate on this anime in this thread, but for me it was so good, that I started to read the LN. Maybe I am alone with this in the Re:Zero fanbase, but I didn't really like Rem (if I really have to choose one "waifu", it would be Echidna). What I really liked was the interactions of the characters with each other and how unexpected can some be. And this anime is a cornerstone in showing the character development of the MC and his true resolve. Really recommend it. There are also some badass abilities, if you're into that, like the abilities of Beako, Reinhard, or Pandora.

2) Overlord - This show is also filled with really colorful characters. The main thing that caused me to like this anime is a bit hard to put into words. It's something like; the MC is overpowered, and it's usually a bad and boring thing in an anime, but in this case this is the core idea. This creates a bit of a lovecraftian mood, since the creatures of Nazarick are like untouchable deities (not always though), and anything happening outside of Nazarick is basically meaningless and indifferent to Ainz. Btw, for this, I haven't started the LNs.

3) Konosuba - this made me laugh a LOT of times. It's an episodic, pseudo-slice-of-life fantasy isekai with adorable characters.

4) So I'm a Spider, so What? - honestly, I lost track of what's happening on the screen due to the time-jumps, but this only grades my attentive abilities. There are some awesome fights and I really loved the MC, but not so the others. Idk, I enjoyed it, but wouldn't watch it again (would watch further though).

5) Saga of Tanya the Evil - this is the last element of the list, but this doesn't mean it's bad, just not my world. The story is placed in a WWII-like situation and the only times it matters that it's an isekai are when the MC interacts with God (or Being-X). The story could have been about a girl, who just happened to hate God somehow and becomes prematurely a soldier. Would lead to the same thing.

There are others I haven't watched and are big guns (I heard), like The Rising of a Shield Hero, the Slimey one others already mentioned, or Reincarnated as a Total Fantasy Knockout. But again, I only know little things about these.

Try some Retro. Like Magic Knight Rayearth.

Or maybe watch Honzuki no Gekokujou. That was the best (And maybe only good) Isekai in the last few year.

Vision of Escaflowne is the gold standard for isekai, at least for me, and nothings really come close aside from Re:zero. Mushoku Tensei is ok but rhe anime adaption is garbage so I’d recommend reading it instead.

Mushoku Tensei is probably my favorite isekai aside from Re:Zero, so I'd highly recommend trying that. The rising if the shield hero is pretty entertaining, and KonoSuba is hilarious. That time I got reincarnated as a slime was good in the first season, but in my opinion the second season is just getting repetitive so I dropped it/put it on hold. Youjo Senki was pretty good. I've heard good things about Overlord, but I stopped watching it as well, but not because it was a bad show.

Edit: just looked at my list. I highly recommend grimgar of fantasy and ash. It only has 1 season, and isn't likely to get any more, but it was really good imo.
