As you're spoiled, I think it's better to switch to manga. Don't worry because reading manga doesn't affect your enjoyment of anime when it releases next winter. For myself, reading manga made me more excited for anime and I enjoyed it more when watching it.

It's practically impossible to not get spoiled in these times because the manga is ending in a week and spoilers will literally be impossible to dodge. Any anime-onlies should start reading the manga. I wish the manga never existed so we would experience this show purely by watching...

Yeah that's my point too. People here are confirming that as a spoiler but it hasn't yet happened and we don't know for sure if it would.

I started reading the manga and I've read to chapter 122 (which, oh my god my brain exploded) but I dont plan to read any further. I'll tell you why. When season 2 ended, I was really sad and didnt wanna wait for more anime (I was stupid) and then I read the manga for all of season 3. This, was stupid because I completely skipped season 3 when it was airing and I missed out on all the hype. By only reading up until ch 122, I'm forcing myself to be excited to watch the anime when it airs not too long from now.

I wasn't enjoying the adaptation for this new season since the animation looks weird in some parts and they cut some stuff that is actually important.
So I just went ahead and read the manga.

There's actually some cool motion manga made by Tivis7
So if you prefer watching rather than reading you have that option.
It's colorized, has a bit of motion and has background music.

I dont want to switch to manga,because in manga is so hard to connect with character. But in anime is easy to connect with characters and u cam feel the emotions of every character, watch action perfectly. it's so hard to not got spoiled,

I don't regret making the switch and catching up, but it's undeniable that experiencing these things for the first time in anime format has a whole different feel to it. I don't think the Reiner / Bertholdt reveal in season 2 would have had as much of an impact with prior knowledge. I even remember laughing and thinking the subs were broken or that I was misreading them.

I can imagine certain moments from the next part of the manga being infinitely more emotional & disturbing with Yuki Kaji's godly voice acting.

Its kind of sad that they stretch the final part 2 out of 2022...i decided to read to manga and it wasn’t bad!I heard somewhere that they wanna do an animated fight of Reiner and Eren what I think is the reason why the but the final ending in 2022.The fact that by the most things I wasn’t even surprised was the sad part because so many people do manga spoiler without warnings..I don’t know exactly when but a new chapter is coming out I think? I hope really that it gives a twist but I don’t wanna spoiler 🤲🏼💧

Most people say that 119-122 is the best part of the series actually. The quality declines after chapter 123

Most people say that 119-122 is the best part of the series actually. The quality declines after chapter 123

When I saw the release date for Part 2 I switched to the manga. No way in hell I'm waiting that long.

Once the anime ended and when people started talking shit about ending, I wanted to see my own approach for the series. Also i got super spoiled so I decided reading Manga. So this is my opinion. Yes the events in the manga get really better. I can even say if MAPPA decided to animate even 1% percent better than manga then it will be spectacular. I do not care what other people say, but from ch 117 to 135 Aot is truly a masterpiece. After that it goes down the road uncontrollably. Like the author decided to introduce to some things which he did not even foreshadow in the past. And in the end it just feels meh. But that is just the ending. People are just trashing on the series like it is absolute dog shit, like these turds expect every chapter to be masterpiece. So yeah, 7/10 at max for ending, 10/10 for the series. It is not worse than GOT.

AOT was almost perfect, every series drops in quality, so aot dropped its quality in the end that is all.

If you are spoiled a lot just read the manga dude. You cannot escape from this shit fanbase.

I saw the interview of isayama. He told he regrets that he could not express the last chapter in a proper way. So let us see whether he is gonna elaborate in the last volume or in the anime

DONT READ. I just started to read chapter 91 to avoid spoilers but, the way the anime handles is different. For eg i read the scene where zeke screams and titans fall from mid air and i compared it with anime. The joy anime gave me, the wind sound as the titans fall, the gas movemnt when they fall it is so breath taking. So i meediately stopped reading and waiting for next season.
