I personaly thought it was dumb when the characters had such hummongus breasts when i started watching anime but after watching 100+ anime i got used to it...making me laugh with how big they are and sometimes i even found it attractive (Akeno from high school dxd) anime has shifted my opinion on breasts and i dont even know why :/ |

With research, diet + supplement (pre/post), proper technique/form, and program with 1 rep max/rest period, people can change. It just take time for the result to show. You might not get there because your career isn't fitness, but you could get closer to the ideal body with motivation. I have a lot acquaintances who compete and/or personal trainers. They watch anime too so I don't know if you consider them as average viewer. |
