I'm getting pretty tired of downloading each episode individually and me stressing out over on-click ads. Is there a site or a way to download full anime series all uploaded into one big marathon mp4? If not is there a site that lets you download zip. files filled with anime episodes.

Download batch torrents instead of grabbing lesser-quality re-encodes from bootleg streaming sites, problem solved. Once you have those files, use a media player that allows playlist creation if you want a more seamless marathoning experience.

Everything that connects to MAL

Like above said or if there site with link for direct batch download(the not torrent one or not magnet link).
Problem probably for torrent lack of seeders or the size is too big and more obscure it's more hard to get it. Direct link from what I found in my local, it expired after certain months and I don't think there so much uploaders for it.

I'd say the same as the above people, however I will suggest that you get an adblock extension for your browser which should block most ads, and the few that might still pop up will probably just be blank windows that you can easily close again. All of the modern browsers I know of have some sort of adblock extension you can get, and if you're up-to-date on Windows 10(assuming that's your OS) then that would include Microsoft Edge. I personally use Chrome.

as a + for this, you should also invest into a Popup blocker
