| Yeah I heard episode 3 or 4. Idk if it's confirmed or not. I did read from people who have read the light novel that the show has already covered a little more than half the light novel. Though I'd have to respectfully disagree with you. I'm enjoying my viewing of Dazai's past a lot. It makes me appreciate who he has become. Seeing how Dazai was in the past and how he operated under the Port Mafia umbrella is intriguing to me. Though I completely understand how you wanna see all the rest of the characters and what the Guild will do. |

| Not really. It has been confirmed in the PV of the second season that this will adapt the Guild arc too. It's 100% sure we will have the Guild arc adapted. |

It ties with plot of the guild arc specifically chapter 26 and 36 and makes some scenes much more meaningful and impactful . I think they wanted it to be impactful . One episode wouldn't do it justice considering it's a 4 chapter LN . I am thouroughly enjoying it tbh, but i also want to see the gang especially my best girl akiko and my waifu kouyou animated lol . Also the guild characters whom i found great . Also fitzgerald and mori are great villains/leaders ... Also episode 4 will be the end of his backstory for sure this time . |

| I'm gonna miss the characters introduced in Dazai's arc... I wouldn't mind if the whole season was about his past, this arc was literally my favorite arc of this series and hands down these 4 episodes alone are already better than the entire of season 1 in my opinion... But it seems like we are going back to the present time from episode 5 onwards. |
| Now that I've caught up with 4, I'm quite happy with where it went. That clears up some stuff I've always been curious about concerning Dazai. Considering how it ended, like everyone else has been saying, I suppose that's the end of this arc of sorts. I don't follow the light novels and the manga so I'm excited to see where this'll head next. |

| A little disappointed that it returned to the present storyline. Those four episodes have been miles ahead of the first season, which was mediocre at best. |
