So Aqours' 1st single has passed BiBi's final sub-unit single in terms of Oricon sales (77,242 vs 76,905), and that BiBi single was gold disc certified by the RIAJ. Depends entirely on how many copies were shipped overseas, as those are not included in Oricon's released numbers. μ's Best II just barely missed out the 150,000 Oricon sales milestone, but it should reach it if the CD Albums Top 300 threshold isn't too high this coming week. GLAY is a popular rock band that's been around for 20+ years. They have a pretty big following and will sell regardless of tie-ups (and they don't do songs for anime often). |

| HEART to HEART! by μ's has finally been gold disc certified by the RIAJ for shipping more than 100,000 copies: http://www.riaj.or.jp/f/data/cert/gd.html. This makes it the 9th μ's CD to be gold disc certified and 11th Love Live! CD overall (2 were achieved by the sub-unit BiBi). Now the Top 15 best selling Love Live! CDs looks more reasonable, as HEART to HEART! should've been gold disc certified a long time ago.
