| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- There wasn't a forum discussion for Episode 1 so I made one. Why not? Ok. So I finished Ah! My Goddess: Sorezore no Tsubasa yesterday and was excited to start this special. I love the new opening and ending themes a lot. They're prettyful :) I think that the storyline is pretty good. The episode itself moved a little slow but it started to pick up the pace towards the end. I just wished that they would've made this into a plot line in the second season or something instead of trying to squish it into two episodes. This could've easily covered more episodes and not have dragged on too much. |

| it's just unfair.. the leader of the demons, Hild, is doing the job herself so how about the leader of the goddesses? anyway this somewhat serious plot is kinda out of place... should've been a heart-warming developmental episode for Keiichi. |

| Nice to see Lind back in action, but to be honest my favourite part was the Goddess & Angel garden party at the start, that was awesome! That aside, it was a pretty great adaptation of the Angel Eater Arc so far. |

| Boring war machine girl brings the parasites to YOU. In Russia, parasite you are defending against come to goddess house through YOU. Anyways, dumb side-track but it's AMG so I'm OK with it. |
| So two best girls are the first ones to get take out, why am I not surprised. Also doesn't look like they will get a lot of screentime next episode either. It also annoys me that Hild can just do whatever she wants while the "Almighty One" never does anything. |
| Nice OP and ED songs, it makes me feel nostalgic for some reason. Also, I keep noticing what I think is Keiichi's grand pa and some girl with him since last season OP, but they are yet to be introduced. So weird. Anyway, this could've been a cool episode if it was connected to any events that happened last season. It feels like it just came out of nowhere, but nonetheless I'm intrigued. |
