Nooo! Bokura Ga Ita finishes at 14 volumes!

Why?! Why why why! We fans who have waited *ahem* patiently for over an year and a half deserve more than 14 volumes! I want a good 16, even if you have to drag on their pain and angst another manga-universe year for it! Then we can be sure that the powers that be will pick up the next 8 volumes to make a second season out of it.

I want my BGI second season! Tell me my hopes aren't goin to be completely dashed because studios normally only pick up high school series. This is a good one, and devoted fans (who are many!) will definitely watch season 2 as well!

Yeah, but the manga-ka don't have to cater to your demands, no matter how hard you beg. Be thankful that they bring you such great stories and don't complain when they end it when they want to.

And in case you don't get it: Why Obata Yuuki owes you nothing.

I know !! its reallllllly sad ;-;-;-;-;-;-;-;-;-;- But he most important thing is that yano and nanami get back together..if that happens .. i dont care.. I SERIOUSLY WANT A HAPPY ENDING!!!!!!! This manga has made me cry way tooo MANY times ;-;

what? it really finishes at 14 volumes??? well.. i dont care if it finishes at 14 volumes or 40 volumes.. i just want yano and takahashi to end up together.. i don't want a sad tragic ending. :(

I'm sad it's ending. Not disappointed, not belligerent, just wistful.
You people need to stop compartmentalising and get off that high horse.

Also minna: it's well past 14 volumes now, and both mangaupdates and wikipedia, not that they're the MOST reliable of sources, say it's ongoing, not ended. I don't know what to think... Anyone aware of any official news other than the link I'd posted initially?
