I can kind of see why he's with her. They're both rather damaged mentally, and don't really have anywhere else to turn to. So they turned to each other for support. I don't think they're romantically involved, though, because he has feelings for Takahashi still.
If I was ever in Nana's position though, I'd run right over to where he works and see him. I don't care if he hasn't found me yet. I couldn't stand being that close and not doing anything.
Waaah, I hope the author gets better and continues working on the manga! It's killing me!!!
Ahhhhh! Whyyyyyyyyy? Yano you are pissing me off!!
Yano needs to clean things up cause I don't want Nanami to be heartbroken forever. I mean leaving things because he thinks he killed his mom? That's too...
Gosh I hate Yuri. >: She is so evil. I feel bad for her just a bit though since she isn't as pretty as the other girls, but come on cry me a river. She needs to stop butting into things. I think the only person who really acknowledged Yuri was Yano to begin with when he used her the first time and now he is using her again to get over Nanami....
Poor Nanami though she probably will feel betrayed when she finds out about Yuri and him.
what the hell is yano doing living with that girl!!!!!!!!!! WHY CANT THEY JUST SEE EACH OTHER!!! UGH!!! this is infuriating!!!! but still can't wait to read the next chapter. hehe. :p
Just started volume 12 of Viz's release, in which this is the first chapter, and...
...KA-BOOOOM. And there goes my suspension of disbelief, shattered into a billion pieces then ground into dust. As if Nanami just happening to end up working with Akiko wasn't unlikely enough, Obata had to go and bring Yano back into the picture in the most implausibly coincidental way possible. And THE VERY DAY BEFORE Takeuchi was going to propose to Nanami. Riiight.
God fucking damn it. Way to take me out of a story that was pretty much flawless until the timeskip. I still love the series and NEED to know what happens from here on out, but I really don't like these plot contrivances Obata's resorted to.
