Hey everyone,

So I just picked up this game today from my local shop in Saitama,
And I must say this a fantastic game, especially since it
Really promotes the otaku culture in a great way.
Otaku culture here in Japan has had a bad rep due to it's
Excessive use of fan service, etc.

But recently, the word has taken on a more
Positive role here and I'm very proud to
Be an otaku of gaming and food culture!

Anyway, have any of you played Akiba's Trip? And
Do you consider yourself a proud otaku?

I'm currently streaming Japanese light novels and Akiba's trip on
My twitch also, if anyone wants to tune in later!

I definitely recommend that if you ever do get
A chance to play it, you should. It's extremely fun
And a really good way to learn Japanese!

The controls are a bit inconsistent, but generally the game
Responds very well, and the customization is
Funny.

Remember seeing vids on, I think Kotaku? This was the game where you go stripping people right? Lol. I thought it looked amusing, though I care much for this game that I'd want to import it.

Yea, its the game that requires you to rip the clothing off people and earn XP for it. Very fun indeed lol.

I just bought it today at my local game shop, and so far the missions are very funny. The only gripe I have with it so far is the dropped framerates in situations with more than one enemy on screen, and the controls. They sometimes go wonky.

Aside from that, very fun action adventure game.

Got to wait for Summer here for euro DC release :((((
I might actually buy a Switch to get the US release earlier as I absolutely adore this game, this game actually convinced me to buy a PS4.
