This episode was perfect. That falcon punch nailed it. I bet this hurt like hell:  The kekekekeke part was weird lol. I had to laugh at.. The OST, the action, the tone, the mood. This episode gets a 6/5 from me. |

| Acce vs. Touma. Seems like it's different from Index? There's also Acce's thought. Imagine breaker punches (the punches and the sound!!)! lol @ Acce's "spell" Though that is too strong that needs Misaka and the clones to stop the plasma. The battle continues next ep. Does that mean OP and ED will be changed after next ep.? If so, I look forward to the new theme songs and miss the current ones. |

| OH MY GOD. EPISODE AFTER EPISODE. JC impressed me so much with this series. Another fantastic episode. Touma finally brawled it out vs Accelarator. It was kinda different from the Index version but clearly better imo. The scene with Misaka and the clones was so touching too. Battle continues to the next episode :3 Dem cliffhangers ^_^ |

| This episode was absolutely amazing. It's been way too long since I've seen one of Touma's punches.... This fight was awesome to see again, and the fact that they changed it up was even better. LOVING this season of Railgun. Side note: Accelerator's laughs and awkward noises will never get old AAAHHHEEHE  |

| Ok lets review what Touma survived past 2 episodes... He was shocked half dead by Mikoto, pelted by hundreds of tiny rocks, got thrown to a pole at high speed, fell from 20-30 meters and is currently bleeding for like 10 minutes. After all this he should be dead, or at least unconscious. As for my favourite part: It was probably when Accelerator was constantly trying to touch Touma and he was just dodging like its nothing XD. |

| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| WTF did I just watch. That was just oozing with intensity and awesomeness. JC Staff just keeps delivering each week. Every moment was just thrilling and so perfectly done. From Touma's fist connecting to the Accelerator mad laugh to the plasma ball to the calling of the Sisters. Just...wow. And for those saying it's different, it's more like this is the correct version of the fight. This is the same as how it went in the manga and the LN. They really fought like that with Accel sucking at it because he doesn't know how to really fight. While Touma did land several punches, those are suppose to be on the power of jabs because he was cautious to touch him. So even if Accel was physically weak, he was still able to take those. Yet those punches are so intense but really, who cares. Based TouMAN and his punches hit hard. And real glad they included Accel's inner dialogues like in the manga. Though what a very painful cliffhanger. We have to wait another week for the conclusion. I would have thought they'd wrap up the whole fight in this episode. Or have the cliffhanger be a bit more earlier with Misaka Imouto hearing what Mikoto said to her and then end the episode. Oh well. Great stuff, will rewatch again. inb4 plot armor, DEM, hax power, he should have died, Touma a shit, etc. etc. |

| 20/10. I was enjoying it so much, I do not think I even blinked once during the episode. Epic action, soundtrack, coloring, emotion display and funny in a sadistic way as well (I got to hear my dose of 三下ァ from Accelerator). I also like the fact he complimented Touma for being strong enough to reduce him to such a state where he had to use such power... I want my Blu-ray collection to hurry up... |

| Scripted a bit differently than first season of Index where this arc intersects, and I quite like it; all out in the open instead of behind shipping containers for half the arc. Also, no more Dragon ball Z spirit-bomb wannabe Accelerator. |

Seriously, instead of laughing at how weak Touma is, Accelerator should be asking himself how he's getting owned by Touma's right hand only when he can use his whole body. Even if Accelerator can't use his ability on Touma (right hand only, but whatever), at the least use your muscles to pin down Touma. |

| Every week I'm surprised how good these episodes are. I thought the first season of Railgun was pretty boring but Railgun S has been nearly flawless. They've improved the scenes from Index so well that it doesn't feel like I'm rewatching them. I love all the small changes they did to Touma vs. Accelerator fight. |
| Man, every single punch Touma lands on Accelerator feels so satisfying. Props to them for changing the look of the plasma, it actually looks like it has a catastrophic effect on AC. |

Touma had to keep a short distance, but a distance nonetheless and keep pounding him with his right arm. On another note: Touma should've died from the explosion, fall, and rock sprays but he has plot armor so whatever. |
| So much better than what i remember from index, SO MUCH MORE IMPACT. Never felt this much hype since Chihayafuru, definitely the best show that aired last season. |
