| Berserk - I admit it's a very good anime, but I can't watch it, even less read the manga, because it's too violent for me, I've tried to read the manga but the narrative is so bleak, crude, and sad, I can feel the cruelty of the world-setting myself, the anime is so bloody, if it was a fictional universe like Dragon ball, but it's lifelike violence, the type that happens for real, but I know in order to have a complete opinion on the anime I need to watch it entirely, I'm going to try to finish the anime soon, and I have read manga with similar plot and violent story, but there's someting about Berserk that really affects me Elfen Lied - This is the most disturbing anime I've seen to date, this one I've watched the whole anime, but even though it makes me extremely uncomfortable I know it's a very, very good anime |

Late reply but Thinking back, I might be a bit biased when it comes to the anime because I read the visual novel first, and absolutely loved it. In there, the characters are handled much better and given more time to be fleshed out. |

Anyways, the overrated three are somewhat terrible to me, including the slow pacing and the demanding explanations. By overrated three, I mean Naruto and DBZ and One Piece. The only part I liked about DBZ however, is pretty much the over 9000 meme. It exceeds the rest of the anime in quality. Another thing is that overrated killakill. Misleading title yet its acclaimed of its quality? Even though its all about the fanservice? Nah, thank you. How are they even good is beyond me, let alone that madly famous. |

But it really is a great manga imo, so if you can stomach all that you should definitely give it another shot. |

| There are 2 variables for someone to enjoy a show 1. quality 2. personal taste It depends on these 2. These 2 can also cover for their shortcomings, someone can enjoy an average quality anime because, it's suited to their taste and vice versa but if the type of anime is not what you like then you can't enjoy it no matter how good it is. For me it's Mirai Nikki I guess, though I'm planning to give it another shot. Sometimes it's good to try again later, since taste is something that improves and widens |

| Maybe 5cm Per Second. I definitely don't dislike, it is a good movie. I've even seen it three times, but the story telling is a bit artsy and makes it hard to stay interested. The scenery porn sure is nice and I did enjoy the story, just a bit boring. |
