| My god I hate recap episodes and just under half of that was recap. Naruto is starting to annoy me but I'm starting to like Haku even though I don't want him to win. |

| Why the hell would you have a recap 14 episodes into the series? How is that a good idea. Otherwise, this episode honestly didn't do a whole lot for me. I've never understood why the characters always tell the opponent about their techniques, that's a problem with shounen in general, though. |

They actually explain that techniques to us and not to the enemy, but when you are watching it doesn't look very reasonable. I guess the mangakas don't want to use a background sound either, most of them anyway, so we are stuck with this face-to-face explanation technique. Also yeah I laughed when Naruto suddenly appeared inside :P |

| I hated the 6 minute recap, not going to lie. The rest of the episode was awesome, a new jitsu introduced. The ending was perfect. I can't tell whether Haku is supposed to be good or bad. |

| I hated the recap, I'm glad I did fast forward. So I guess the moment I'm waiting for will be in the next episode. Haku loves Zabuza so much... There's so much useless talking though. As I said before, they could have finished each other a million years back but instead they just watch and talk and remember stuff... It's kind of weird. |
| Recap during the first third of the episode... boooo!! Plus a lot of time-wasting too... Naruto's entrance was kind of cool, but really stupid too. He had the element of surprise, caught Haku off guard and knocked him out of the mirror. That would have been a good time for Naruto and Haku to attack him, but Naruto just talked and Sasuke just sat there inside the mirrors. Why didn't Sasuke at least take the opportunity to get out? ★3/5 |
| Recap isn't for the people who're watching it, it's actually for anyone who might want to pick up the show on TV but missed the beginning of the broadcast ;) It's a good way to gain more audience. But yeah, for people marathoning anime, it's unnecessary. But oh well, you can always fast-forward through it. Kekkei Genkai! More expanding upon techniques/jutsu in the world of Naruto. I find it really intriguing how only some jutsu are only available to people of a certain bloodline. I wonder if a mixed child would be able to use a kekkei genkai of a certain lineage? Haku is sort of soft-hearted, although he says not to hold it against him since he'll do anything to protect the person most important to him. Does Zabuza think the same way of Haku though, it's hard to imagine. Naruto is cool one second, them goes right back to being a dumbass, lol. It wouldn't be Naruto if he was continuously cool :P Now Sasuke and Naruto are stuck. |
| i do get that all the talking is made to explain their moves and stuff for us and i honestly don't know another way they would do it this effectively. but it bugs me that they take too many episodes to solve just one fight. |

| Oh man I first thought this would be a generic recap (already at episode 14!) but good it was only the half of the episode, the latter part was actually pretty solid. Let's see what's next. |
