| Bad points: What bothers me about this episode is the thing with Tomoya's arm. Just like the basketball game he overcomes his injury by willpower? I hope there's some explanation for this but I doubt there will be. In comparison this episode sucked. The basketball game was much more thrilling as it had more on the line. All the “fight-o desuyo~”!'s were getting on my nerves. The ED was crap, again, compared to the previous ED. This one is just a Dango tease with a worse song. I think most people would have preffered Dango Daikazoku ver. 2.0. And who is that hopping person in the female uniform? Also, I didn't find much of the humor funny. Maybe because I'm six months older or fillers just bomb? Reuse of Music also irked me. Should have been used in more epic moments. I forgot that 16:9 isn't out yet and was therefore dissapointed. :V Good Points The OP was brilliant. Maybe even better than the first. Actually, yes it was better, for the lack of Fuuko. Umm, what else... I guess it looked nice? Oh and the preview doesn't sound bad. |

| I know there's a lot of people who hates kyoani because of the random jokes... but I'm not one of them xD... Yoshino-san... omg, I didn't even remember him xD but he was so~ epic in this episode. Both, opening and ending are very good (sadly Dango Daikazoku is hard to beat...) |

| After Story is everything I hoped it would be and so much more. Episode one reintroduces all the characters we've come to love and admire in a whole new light and the baseball game was a perfect opportunity to showcase those talents. From Youshino's appreciaton for "memories" to Tomoya's climactic home run, episode one captures the spirit of what Clannad is really all about. Of course, I still miss the original dango daikazoku ending... |

| Amazing first episode, a nice re-introduction to all your lovable characters ^_^ I hate watching shows when they air because I am always so anxious to watch the rest of it. And this one is definetly no exception I loved it |
| Loved the first episode!~ It was nice how they started off with that little day-dream - really intriguing. And then not diving head first into the plot was quite nice as well as they introduced the characters once more with the baseball game~ Speaking of which - it was an awesome game~ Nice to see Tomoyo and Kyou's raw power, Kotomi's brains, Yoshino's acting, Nagisa's frailness/strength, and Sunohara's... well.. stupidty xD Great first episode, can't wait for the rest :) |

If i'm wrong and the answer is a possible spoiler please wrap it. |

| I'm glad that Clannad is back. Awesome epiosde and nice start. Great animation as always. I liked OP/ED and I enjoyed them. The baseball game was hilarious. I lol'd at Sunohara moments so hard. Kotomi and Tomoyo < 333 |
| WS Clannad FTW. It's blurry as hell though. That was pretty much exactly like every episode of Clannad, the same atmosphere, the same people, the same music. The OP/ED are worse but who cares about that. So I guess Clannad AS's story will center around Sunohara and Sanae? Bring it on KyoAni, but after this, give me more Haruhi, it's been too long. |

| Finally got around to watching it after having it for a week >> A baseball game is a nice way to reintroduce the characters, though Kotomi reminded me a bit of Yuki for those few seconds, not complaining though~ |

| I must have missed something... At the end of the episode, Sunohara asks Tomoya who is the girl who is sat near Nagisa. She is obviously her sister, but why? EDIT: I LOL'D. He was referring to Sanae, sorry for this ^^ |

| The best part was Yosuke was almost as awesome as Akio in this episode. With his cool speeches and all, he can be the next Kamina. |

| Months after finishing Clannad I find myself watching After Story. All I can say is I MISSED IT SO MUCH. ;__; I loved the whole baseball game and the overdramatic 'best gift' part starring Yusuke had me laughing for minutes. I also enjoyed the OP and ED, so it's safe to say it couldn't have started better. Looking forward to the rest ~ |
| hahaha this was a good light-hearted episode. I was laughing the most with Yusuke's speech hahaha XD But I wanna see all the sad and dramatic parts!! I hope they are soon~! Confused about the robot appearance at the end. I'm sure it will be explained soon! |
