| I was laughing my ass of when Erza challenged all 100. I need not beat a dead horse, but I will: Erza is badass. And she did it armorless--I would've figured she'd at least used her Heaven's Wheel armor. Natsu and Gray laughing at her challenge was perfect, too. And all the other guilds could do was watch as she took all the points. |

| A bit lame that she just powered through everything, but... OH ERZA, THIS IS WHY YOU'RE MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER IN FAIRY TAIL. And btw, that Jura (bald head guy) is a wizard saint as well, but that doesn't mean much (he said so in the past), he doesn't even come close to comparing to Makarov - FT's master. |

| Tbh I have somewhat mixed feelings for this chapter. I really REALLY LOVE Erza, and I totally love how she managed to own all 100 monsters. That is so epic and truly badass! At the same time, it does seem a bit rushed and cheap the way Mashima did it. But then again, it would be sort of tedious seeing every single contestant fight the monsters so hmm.. As long as we get to see later on how strong the other contestants are (including Hibiki, Milliana, Obra), I guess I'll be fine. And it's not like Erza came out of the challenge unscathed (she looks brutally injured, but she's still a true badass). 4/5. Wonder how many different armors she actually wore during the whole challenge... Katsuri said: Erza's so GAR, it's not even funny. She's manlier than everyone else. |
| i knew Erza was always strong and i liked her for that but i think i'm the only one when i say they might be over doing it a bit i will say those 4 pages were quite a sight to look at though!. with that being said Mashima must be rushing to the big event lol |

| In addition: 1. It was nice seeing Doranbolt. 2. Smart of Gerard to skip out. 3. Hibiki! <3 Hope to see him fight at some point later on. 4. Was expecting Minerva instead of Orga. 5. It was actually cute how Gray and Natsu were laughing when Erza said she'll challenge all 100. 6. It was quite amusing seeing everyone's expressions after Erza won. Love how Yajima's hat just jumped off his head xD 7. I wonder what MPF means. |

| Guy,s trying to find logic in FT's power level is useless. Mashima doesn't care. I won't say that you shouldn't care because it's a flaw, but you shouldn't waste your time with it. I was pretty sure Erza was going to do something like that since the beginning, but even so it's just too cool. In the beginning, when I wasn't hooked by the comedy and the good characters, I read FT because of Erza. Now I remember why. I wish Mashima had shown more of the fight though. |
| At the tower paradise arc when erza was supposedly dead she was seeing halucinations of her after death and there the council named her saint wizard as an honrary title so its safe to assume that Erza will become one towards the end of this manga and she's well on her way to become one. SOOO....no , no power level-confusion here. ALSO, there is much difference in power even among the 10 SW.(Remember how jura admited that he cant even compare to makarov). Other than that I'd like to point out that every character got a little of attention (1 panel for each one and it still was enough).Great chapter (though I would like to see these ideas that Mahsima has for his events a bit more cultivated than just one chapter). Did anyone get a look at Kagura's face? More foreshadowing Kagura VS Erza |

| That was epic. I laughed at her announcing it and then all the reactions were just amazing. It was so cool. To those who are talking about the wizard saint powers and such, think of it this way. These were just monsters. One may have been at wizard saint level, but they were just straightforward power. When it comes to that, this was a perfect match up for Erza whose battle armor and equip magic is completely suited for a hand to hand combat fight. In other words she would have been better suited to do this then say a Wizard Saint would have been, but would turn around and get owned by that same Wizard Saint (say Makarov). Also, it is great that out of everyone it is Natsu and Gray who truly understand Erza and have complete faith in her. Everyone else is shocked or worried...they are laughing. That was the best 7 pages in manga history. |

I expected everyone to go and take on range between 1-10, then erza would come and take the rest. BUT SHE GOT TO CHOOSE FIRST!! Man oh man.... | I loved when Erza said she'll fight all 100 and everyone was so shocked except Natsu and Gray who were laughing. So did Fairy Tail A just get 100 points and all the other teams got nothing? But now if Erza is chosen for the duel. she'll be in a pretty bad condition. I also wish that Yukino would have found out it was Natsu who attacked Sabertooth, would have been interesting to see what she'd do. |

| FAQ: Q: Does this mean that Fairy Tail is in first place now with 112 points or whatever? A. No. Monster destroying points only serve to rank the teams within the Pandemonium event. Tournament points are awarded based on each team's position after the event is completed, and they are: 10 for 1st, 8 for 2nd, 6 for 3rd, etc. (10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0). Q: So what are the standing now? A: Since Fairy Tail A placed first (thanks to Erza taking out all 100 monsters), they'll receive 10 points. All the other teams will receive 0 points for not being able to participate in the event. Thus, the standings now are: Raven Tail -> 36 Fairy Tail A -> 22 Sabertooth -> 20 Lamia Scale -> 20 Mermaid Heel -> 19 Blue Pegasus -> 17 Quatro Puppy -> 12 Fairy Tail B -> 12 Q: Why couldn't Erza choose 51 monsters and be done with it (guaranteed first place)? A. Erza taking on 100 monsters ensures that no other team gets a turn in this event, and thus, scores no points. Q: X793?! Is that a mistake? What is going on here?! A: The timeline goes something like this: Dec 16, X784: Tenrou Island is supposedly destroyed by Acnologia. Dec 16, X791: Tenrou Island re-appears after exactly 7 years, thanks to Fairy Sphere Dec X791 - Jan X792: Fairy Tail celebrations + Two weeks time skip for the Zentopia Event Spring/Summer X792: Fairy Tail A sets off to train for 3 months July 2-July 7: X792: The Grand Magic Games Tournament Best guess: The tournament follows car-year models? | Wow, Erza really kicked ass (quite literally) this chapter. :-D It was awesome how she took on all 100 monsters and beat them (although she took A LOT of damage). I just wish they showed more of her fight with the S rank (and others for that matter). Finally, FT is at top in a game. YAY!! |
