| Overlong stories are nothing new, but taking this one to four episodes is really stretching things. Any one of the optical illusion tricks is fairly clever on its own, but using three of them at once makes the story seems gimmicky as if the culprits were deliberately trying to use optical illusions to commit crimes. It would have been better to use each of them in a separate story. |
| It was pretty long, it could have been 2 maybe 3 episodes long and it would have been fine. And I should have known about the optical illusion, whenever they show something near the beginning, it's used in the case. Wasn't expecting the secratary though I'll say even though I thought it might be the maid last episode. Something about her just didn't stick. And really that whole cliche you spilled something on you so you drank tea weirdly give away. They use that a lot in different variations. |

| I'm craving some baunkuchen now. Anyway, this case wasn't that great but I absolutely LOVED the tricks they used, such as the optical illusion and the I-forgot-the-name syndrome after staring at the same character fifty times. Amazing! |
