Steins;Gate only has a limited release run so if you don't import it soon you'll only find it sold by individual sellers for gargantuan amounts of money. |

Otherwise, I don't see much of a point in buying one. When you own a hard-drive full of anime, it's pretty money wasting to purchase the dvds. Unless of course, you're a hardcore collector and own shelves on shelves of anime.. |

| Well, considering I don't have much surplus amount of money to spend on items such as anime. I currently haven't bought any collection of anime. However here shortly I plan on maybe buying a couple of collections that I've enjoyed. Those animes include Fullmetal Alchemist, Code Geass, and Eureka 7. |
| Yeah, I'm poor. I have to pay rent and such on a part time income. So at the moment, the only legit anime I have bought is the complete collection of Baccano! And that was purely because I couldn't find a high quality torrent of it that didn't take forever to download. For the same reason, and also because I love the series, I am planning on eventually buying the complete Death Note collection. Though I want to be able to watch blu-rays of my favourite series, so getting a blu-ray capable player is first on my list. |

| Some anime I own: Baccano! Azumanga Daioh Spice and Wolf Season 1 (and I found a complete season 1 + 2 collection a week after I bought it). I also have 8 of the books even though I've only read 5 of them. School Rumle season 1 (I plan on getting season 2) Cardcaptor Sakura Full Metal Panic A movie collection with Ghost in the Shell, Ninja Scroll and Akira Most of Season 1 of Haruhi Suzumia (I plan on getting the movie too, and skipping season 2) A few volumes of Evangelion (I would be better off getting a series collection, but if I ever wanted to rewatch it I'd probably borrow it off my friend). We also have a bunch of Studio ghibli movies (Ponyo, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, etc.) but I didn't actually buy them myself. And a VHS of the first 3 episodes of Digimon in English (I watched those same episodes at least half a dozen times as a kid and never saw the rest of the series). Probably some other stuff I forgot. |
