| This pretty much creeped me out. I knew Diva was a screwed up phyco bitch, but I didn't know she would go so far as to pull a Michal Jackson on Riku. I thought she was just going to kill him (and/or) utilize his connection to Saya. I was wrong o.o |

| I never understood what was all the fuss about Riku's death. He died, get over it. A lot of characters die. Althouigh I've missed his voice from that episode. The way he said "Saya nee-chan" is unforgettable. Though Riku and Diva share the same seyu. xD |

| I was rather surprised about Riku's death given the way that he was saved earlier in the season. But the way that he died was...shocking. The more I think about it, the more :( I get...didn't see that one whatsoever x( |

| lol, looks like I'm gonna sound bitchy, but I was so damn happy to see this boring brat dead... he and Kai were getting on my nerves from the very beginning of Blood+. I thought Diva was rather gonna kidnap him and have him as her toy (like those poor dolls), this was probably the first REALLY suprising storyline twist in the series. |

WTH?! and second of all i thought Riku was going to a kick ass chevalier but there goes that dream. I was so happy for team Saya too. | yea i didnt really think he had the capability of impregnating her especially since he hadnt even gone through puberty yet. and i feel bad saying this too, but i really hated rikus character. i was so pissed when he became a chevalier. like oh great this annoying kid is gonna be around forever. it was really disgusting and fucked up, but the main cast is better |

| I've really become addicted to this series but this episode disturbed me. I seriously considered dropping it, but ... I won't. Even though I never liked Riku much, he didn't diserve a terrible death like that. Diva, I fucking hate you >:( |

| I don't get caught off guard easily, and I usually see things a mile away, but this I did not expect AT ALL. The rape. Riku's death...Now that I think about it there were minor hints but this came out of nowhere for me. I guess everyone's divided about his character but I really thought he had a good heart, and sometimes the only level headed/sensible one of the bunch. I expected him to fight back, anything, show some sort of Chevalier power or have him kicking Diva's butt when Saya entered, but to have him die an innocent child victimized by a pedo psycho villain... But I guess history shows that child vampires generally don't fare well in films, etc. anyway (I'm thinking of Interview with the Vampire atm) I hope Saya's army gets a new addition. She just can't seem to fight even defeat one Chevalier on her own atm, let alone five and Diva (who for some reason has more abilities and memories than Saya, what is up with that?) so I guess Kai might fit the bill and he would be pretty willing, considering grief over the matter and according to the time jump (unexpected too) he's still fighting the monsters even without the Red Shield. I am so so so mad at Diva right now. Maybe it's because it's late and I'm blowing things out of proportions but I was SO MAD Saya didn't just ram a bloody fist down Diva's throat when she was like "oh you forgot to put blood on your sword, haha, I'm still alive" |
| No wonder this thread got the most reply. I haven't been watching Blood + for a long time, I don't really understand why I ended up here, but I can still remember being absurdly shocked at this epi. I like Riku. Got raped is ugly. Geez. |
