| Terrific final episode. The volleyball game was great but the final part was perfection. I'm missing Ika Musume already. Needs a second season - NOW! |

| Loved it and hope there's a second season. I lol'd when Ika said if she ever loses her abilities again she'd just throw Eiko into the ocean. Also, ED visual collage! Check out the differences they made in each episode. |

| I was pretty skeptical about starting this, and it took two friend recommendations to get me on it, but in the end I actually really loved it, and this episode especially was amazing. Wish it was longer. I gave it 8, but I'm tempted to give it 9. |

| This series is really good!.. at 1st I was like Do I have to take this seriously like in the anime Aso bi something.. but damn this is really-really enjoying.. if it doesn't finished in the manga it still doesn't matter.. Volleyball game was really funny... 10 man game for Ika (tentacles) 2nd part was very teary it was like she would never come back.. and how I miss her -geso geso.. her new hairdou was cute too. But without it the fun stops. Nice ending "Happy together" and the WALL is still unrepaired haha so it means there's a SEASON 2!! 8-9/10 |

| A really nice ending to an enjoyable anime. I watched the first episode to kill some time, but it quickly sucked me in. Loved it all the way through, gonna miss it ~ de geso. 5/5 |

| Great end to an unforgettable series. On the subject of a 2nd season, i think its very likely due to the mysterious girl near the end, doubt they'd just leave us hangin on that one. |

| I hope there's a season 2 to this anime, since it has so much potential in my opinion. It reminds me of Keroro which is still ongoing, so I don't see why this show cannot continue as well. At first I thought I wasn't going to like the finale with Ika-Musume losing all her squid abilities, but I'm glad she got them back in the end. |

For instance, by the time Tako Musume appeared, Cindy had not been introduced yet. (EDIT: I made a mistake here, Cindy was already on the cast. Previous statement still remains true). I'd suggest you read the manga from the start. Each chapter is pretty short anyway. |

Incredible ending to an incredible series. I didn't give a damn about this show when I first heard about it. Now I coulnd't be happier that I spent time with it. Comedy GOLD and heartwarming as well. |

| watched this weeks ago, but i'd just like to comment on it now... :P this anime was really funny.. and the ending was touching, until ika suddenly ruined the mood.. that's just how funny the show is, i guess. :D |

| am i the only one who was pissed about the ending? Sure i liked the beach episodes. But the last episode was totally random and rushed. SHe didn't even get to invade humanity. If she used her tentacles like she did to those 3 MIT ppl, he would of easily taken over the beach house. PLUS, with her intelligent skills, she could of easily outsmarted chizuru. What the fuck is this? She randomly grew her hair out of blue? She didn't even explain why she grew back. She just said "She was in danger" blah blah. I liked the anime, i liked the humor but the ending blows. ALso, why the hell would she not take over the beach house already? SHe have to power and the intelligent... She was just a pussy =/ |

| It's over! NOOOO!!!! ;_; I loved this anime. ^^ Final episode was really nice and I liked it. :) I know that Ika wouldn't attack people out of blue. Besides, she and Eiko became best friends and even like sisters. :) There's manga, so I will read it. ^^ also, I loved very end when Ika suddenly remembered her true plans. xD Oh well, it was definitely awesome series and I'm looking forward to seeing more in future (since there must be second season). ^^ Sayonara, Ika-chan de geso. :D |

| Haven't commented on an ending in a while but this one made me have to. Picked it up out of the purest curiosity, and ended up being one of favorites. I never thought I would give a 10/10 to a Comedy Slice of Life, but for Ika Musume, that manged to make me smile every episode and never dissapoint, it was a no squiding brainer de geso~ |

| Wow. That was an awesome episode and an awesome series. I'm so glad that series 2 has been commissioned. Volleyball was hilarious, with a reappearance from Noh Mask Rider Hannya! Bad Ass. The ending was totally a soporific shock for me, when she lost the use of her tentacles, I was stunned, then she went back to the ocean, my lip was quivering, the year passing montage had me sniveling and welling up. When she came back it was like holding your child alive and well after a car accident. Relieved to tears de geso. *sniff sniff* |

| The lifeguards were really formidable contender at the volleyball match. XD Anyway I'm glad she got her tentacles back at the end. Loved the ED scenes. |

| I can't remember seeing a 3D TV before in an anime I first thought the unknown girl was Ayumi, but after seeing the ending I'm that's that's she's someone other, they look a lot alike. I think she's a squid too. The most of this episode was just melodrama, and very cliché, but funny anyhow. To quote one of the professors: "I shall return." Or actually, this show does. Apparently already today, even though I thought the 2nd season would start next week. |

| Bulleyball match was really funny. In the end Chizuru goes for the winning strike! xD The last part was pretty nicely done. Even though Ika with short hair looked pretty cute, it's just better the way it used to be. Overall a very original and funny series. 8/10! Onto the next season! |

| Very enjoyable anime.....I'm so disappointed I didn't watch it while it was airing....but now I have the chance to see Season 2 from the very beginning. 8/10....I love slice of life anime, and I LOVE Ika Musume |
