| I'd like to lose 20 pounds.;_; I've been working on my lifestyle, I haven't had a single dessert in over a year. I have lessened my intake of %1 Milk significantly and replaced it with water. And I've had at least 2 hours of Cardiovascular exercise a day total for over 6 months. I have not had anything in the way of bread other than whole grain in over 2 years. I have decreased my intake of grain and meat products and increased my intake of fruit and vegetable products. I eat at least 2 cans of vegetables per day. And at least 1 banana. I calorie count daily and per six hours, I do not allow myself to go over 1800 calories per day, and I do not allow myself to go over 100 calories per hour. It's by no means easy, but if I keep increasing my regiment, I should be able to go back to 130 pounds someday. I am honestly not working hard enough, for instance, I think that I still drink far too much milk, and eat far too meat, dairy, and grain. 1800 calories is also nothing to gawk at, and I'm likely not making much progress because of this amount. I should also make an attempt to not pay attention to time per day of cardio, and work up to walking, jogging, and running 10 miles per day. |

| 5'10", weight fluctuates between 165 and 170. Maybe borderline overweight, with just a little extra around the middle. I'd say 160 is my ideal weight, so I could stand to lose a few. |

| Before I moved I was slightly overweight: 5'8'' and 140 lbs, but now I'm probably underweight due to the fact that I hardly snack and walk pretty much everywhere. I wouldn't know how much I weigh in total since I haven't weighed myself since moving. Despite my lack of snacking though, I eat like a horse. X_X |
