| Damn, I just feel bad for the villagers in this show. They're literally trying to survive and there's also been threats of a possible Ogre invasion. The constant state of fear is just uncomfortable. Then, there's Kai out there just trying to help the community. Good for him. |

| Elsa's showing her interest toward Kai, though the signals are soft and subtle. Orha gives off a selfish aura, especially compared to his father Vegin, who genuinely cares for the villagers. And then there’s the typical ugly swine character who holds power—Inspector Gandal. The way he spoke with Jose seriously gave me the creeps. After learning that a female Guardian Bearer, Uzelles, gave her life for her people despite being weaker, it’s sure to motivate Jose to fight and break the custom of women staying quiet and hidden at home. The ogres are finally going to attack the valley, and I suspect Nada might be onto Kai. He could eventually learn the truth—that Kai is the Guardian Bearer of the very god he's been searching for—and might even choose to keep it a secret later. |

| Does the central kingdom offer any material support to the outpost villages or are they just a drain on the already limited resources? Up until this point you would be forgiven for thinking the village was entirely independent. The only thing the kingdom seems interested in is adding Kai's god to their pantheon. I would hope that the world-building improves because the lack of it right now is a little concerning. |

| Lag Village expecting an inspector from the Central Plains their way, and Baron Moloch advising the packing of everything, even all food, is seen as a valuable commodity. The reason why, it becomes clear that villages will conceal everything they have to offer against the rich nobles, and much effort is put on hospitality instead to keep them busy on luxury. On the other hand. Olba and the monastery monk of priest Nada (whom he follows after Inspector Gandal) discussing about the band of macaques whom attacked Gandal's vessel on the way, it could signal a rather big army plowing ahead. Most certainly, other than the rice balls being different from what Kai envisioned that Elsa gave to him, the pursuit to find the orgs before they find the valley god (which is Kai) and the band of massacred macaques and the netural-raced uzelles whom had their village people killed (but leaving the village pretty much intact), even their lady guardian bearer as well. And for Kai to know that the valley is in danger, even Porek sees what he can do to deal with the incoming horde. The secrets are slowly being revealed to a calamity none would expect... |

| Insane episode. You get an "Ugly Bastard"-character. I'd love to see how they will deal with him later. What's more interesting for this episode is will they finally reveal MC as a GB or not. For me, let's hope not. I can't wait for the next episode!!! |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
