| If we are talking just about impressions, for me its "limitless possibilities". I always feel like in movies and western shows, there are invisible walls that cannot be crossed and there are formulas. In anime I feel like if I wait 10 years, truly anything could come out, there are no invisible walls. More so, even if anime stagnates and becomes formuleic, my image of anime will not, a medium where if you can imagine it you can draw it, and therefore you can make it real. |

| @Coaghim Try to not hurt yourself. Rick & Morty is clearly a cartoon, Transformers is an anime if it was drawn by Japanese animators, and Clannad is quite clearly an anime. Before the word "anime" existed it was called Japanimation...which is pretty self explanatory. |
