That is part of an additional time segment. Those were always animated like that. The rest of the movie looks fine to me

I watched the first 3 seconds and yeah this is for sure an “additional time” similar to the ends of all S1 episodes. I think dude on twitter either baited you or one of you took the scene out of context, but this scene definitely has no bearing on the rest of the movie/season 2’s animation quality

it was a post credit scene so it isn't supposed to be good, they at least tried to make motion unlike most post credit scenes in anime
