Which chapters did it adapt? And do u guys recommand the movie or manga?

I'm not sure on the chapters it adapts, maybe around chapter 13 or so. The manga is much better imo, the movie skips a lot of the tactics and thoughts of the characters

I was curious about that too, because as far as I know, the manga is still in progress.
I checked the characters section and it doesn't include Reiji Hiiragi nor Karasu or Otoya so I guess it covers the first 18 chapters at max, when Nagi loses Isagi to Rin's team.
