Which Volumes will be adapted in cour 2? (Spoilers)

They're definitely going till LN 12. It's the best way to end the season.

The promos probably won't include stuff related to it, since it will be too much of a spoiler. Maybe a poster or two after the season's already started.

But imho, I'm still excited for LN 10 and 11 content. Both of them are absolutely amazing in terms of character development and interaction.

I think volume 10 wasn't yet adapted. Volume 9 ends with Rudeus and Sylphie getting engaged, and thats where the anime ended as well.

Yeah I completely forgot about that. I only own the first 9 volumes and I know those are fully adapted

I’m not gonna lie volume 12 is probably my favorite in the whole series and if they only adapt 10 and 11 I probably will drop the season and show if it’s not getting more. Volume 12 is such a big part of the whole rest of the story with two HUGE events that impact the story going forward so to not do it would just kinda be foolish. But hopefully with news of a high budget episode it will be the fight we are all thinking about and it’ll be a big payoff. My only worry would be to have that fight be the end of the season and leave the last third of the 12th novel not adapted which would be a shame.

Volume 10 and 11 I guess, volume 12 is very action packed and a lot happens there, I doubt they will manage to fully adapt volume 12 into cour 2. But it's possible that volume 10 and 11 won't be fully adapted then maybe parts of volume 12 too, but imo unlikely.

At least I hope they don't try to adapt volume 12 like volume 7, volume 12 is one of the most important volumes.

@Jaredw1227 how do they adapt only 2 volume? like volume 10 with the slowest pace possible will only give 3 episodes at maximum. i just hope the pacing works well anyway

Not quite the budget. But it does have ridiculously stacked staff. I heard both episode 11 and 12 are very strong. 11 in particular has insane storyboards I heard.

Dude 12 is getting adaptated. There are talks of a really high profile episode( not at the level JJK had). It's a given knowing vol12

@TierraRobada there's no way they can even fit vol 10 into 2 episodes like we're gonna prob have an entire episode with the ghost house, an ep for the wedding cermony, another for paul and nanahoshi stuff and to finish it out one for ruijerd and stuff so at least they're gonna need 4 ep(maybe they can do 3 but idk)

We’ve knew the pattern 3 cours ago ( 3 volumes and 4 eps for each unless some times 3 for the non priority volume) they will adapt 10-12 for 12eps
