| @mokkocchi yes, its me, when playing the piano I try as much as possible endure the pain, the longest I can play 25 minutes or so, and that's already painful hours after getting up. I also use products like anti-pain lotion when its very painful (flexal, counter pain, etc.), but when the pain is too much, those products don't help at all |

| @Illuminatli thank you, I'm not that strong, I just try my best to minimize my complaints about my chronic pain in front of my family and gf these days, and try my best to look happy, so they can be happy as well. But sometimes when its too painful, that stabbing sharp pain at my sacrum, I can't help it but to say it :"I'm in pain" @mokkocchi thank you, I hope so |
