| This is like when HunterxHunter learned nen except there is zero buildup or payoff, and it's completely uninteresting as the characters master it immediately. Gabimaru: "She put up some kind of barrier and carried us down the cliff. She must not be human!" Also Gabimaru: Spontaneously combusts and breaths fire. Gotta love the bad guys fully explaining everything to the humans even after they are defeated. Also like if fucking is just how you train your power I feel the conflict they're trying to setup here falls apart. Like oh no the young girl doesn't want to have sex. Ok that is fucked up with no context but like is she the only woman left in this society? Why does she have no interest in strengthening her power? Could it not be that they want her in the society so that when she becomes of age, she can partake in this "ritual" to get stronger. Based on how this society was formed with the tensen ppl just being horny as fuck, you would think sex would have a very different cultural, idk importance or whatever, compared to how humans view it. But I mean this series has really fucking jank writing so I'm not surprised. |

| Well I really didn't expect all of that in one episode. Some more lore dump on Tao and some pretty decent character growth for Gabimaru. So there are 5 steps to master Tao, and the last step needs a partner to combine yin and yang since they are tied to gender. Once doing so you can start transcending nature and do stuff like swap gender and get to have both yin and yang(?) Honestly it felt like a mind fuck how quick they were throwing shit out while also showing Tao off, so you can also control Tao around yourself for attacks and defence which was interesting to see. I guess importantly, Gabimaru was able to quickly learn it. Still shocked me how very straightforward it seemed for him, but then again Iwagakure Sinobi are trained to be superhumans so i wouldn't be surprised if he was practically close to learning it already or how quickly he understood what Mei showed him. In some way it's also some pretty good show of character growth for his personality, i mean he went out of his to protect Mei and admitted that his old self wouldn't. His statement about it being "natural to help others" was also a good show of development. Yeh found it weird that the two Tensen henchmen just decided to tell Gabimaru what was practically the Tensen and their own trump card. They did such little threat analysis of Gantetsusai and Gabimaru except raw strength and i guess their ego decided they weren't dangerous and just to tell them how Tao works. I find it quite funny how they might of quite literally brought the Tensen down with them by telling Gabimaru the fundamentals of Tao, but i feel like he would of clocked what Mei was trying to tell him one way or another. Interesting that so far we've witness 3 people so far come to understand Tao and use it in practicality. Right now Gabimaru, Choubei and Sagiri have all shown to have similar visuals and feelings when they focused on using Tao, but if i recall i don't think Sagiri actually knew she was using Tao. Gabimaru and Choubei's cases were both kinda similar but different. Both picked it up very fast but probably due to training, Gabimaru's training as an Iwagakure Shinobi meant he basically was close to using it if he knew what it was, but once he was shown it he adapted very quick to it. Choubei's case is kinda similar except he's a survivor that adapts to his surroundings, eating that rotten arm that had been marinating in that pit probably heightened his sense to Tao, but his ability to adapt probably helped him to see more. However, Choubei's case is going as far as actual regeneration and having those weird veins which are pretty big red flags. |

| i just finished reading the manga and what MAPPA has done to this series should result in every animator being arrested. Holyyyy fuck it deserved so much better, the lore and story is vastly superior to JJK and CSM. I pray another company gets it. MAPPA trying to animate 20 shows at once is so trash |
| Am I the only one who thinks that "ultimate form of Tao training" sounds like made-up bullshit? Like Tensen discovered sex one day, they liked it and just gave that poor explanation to the Doshi because they got tired of said Doshi constantly asking them why they kept banging 24/7. Like seriously, hundreds of years "mastering Tao" yet both Gabi and bandit Bakugou reached Tensen-level strength in an instant and they didn't even have to fuck anyone. . . . ... anyways, now I wonder if Sagiri would let me help her with her Tao training. | Weren't these guys a bit too interested in dumping exposition about Tao? That felt so out of place. So anyways, Gabimaru had his Ninja powers to help with Tao, Choubei was being eaten and Sagiri has the attitude or something. So the others will fuck, huh? |

| Gabimaru and others slowly, but with good effects, begin to understand Tao and understand how to use it in battle. Hourai is gorgeous. It looks as if it was indeed from a different world; a place dedicated to deities, not to mortals. |

| Lmao, enemies casually explaining everything mc group has to know to learn/ enhance Tao genuinely caught me off guard. And you tell me those guys are Tensei's right/ left hands? Their masters dont reveal anything when they kill those human yknow. This is Bleach level of bad writing XD. Also an episode of exp training lesser foes for mc to grow, very typical. After the showcase of Tensei in previous episodes , ep11 is definitely a letdown as to how the story is progressing.\ And ppl claimed this most generic plot as best episode so far , haha. |
