But maybe he just wants to end her sacrifice and not keeping her alive... I don't know why you all assume that Zodd is going to change side so easily, he's an apostle and Griffith his "Lord" in the end. |

| Casca seems to have lost her will, probably due to Griffith's powers but I think another one of his men was responsible for it. Either way, it was nice to see her fight back when she regained partial control. She hasn't lost her spirit at least. Also, curious about what that look on Zodd meant. Disgust, certainly but it could be more. |

| If anyone had any doubt about Griffith being a pathetic man, this chapter should put them to rest. He was emotionally weak when he was a human and he still carries that even after becoming a demon. Guts should mock him for his obsession with casca and how he can never make her submit to him willingly. That would wipe the smile of his face. East has kushan empire, looks like he will conquer that next. |

| I wonder why Casca's not dying from blood loss from her brand being near Griffith and all those apostles. |
| Got to say I am very annoyed that after having Casca finally get her mind back after countless chapters she almost immediately gets kidnapped and brainwashed by Griffith. Seems there is some enjoyment out of keeping Casca in chains of some sort, having her be able to handle herself can't be allowed. A damsel in distress is preferable to a warrior from before. I suppose it is more about keeping Guts angry in order to keep the "dark" tone and keep the constant threat of being consumed by the armor but be nice if could find another way to do that. |

| Casca seems to be finally back to normal now. All we need is to see her talk normally again. I can see how much she still cares for Guts. |
 She got him back. If you understand the characters well enough, you'd know she did! |
