| Judeau is dead, but he went out with a fight. It seems he was in love with Casca, which explains some of his actions regarding her throughout. And, I guess one of the more....uncomfortable scenes in Berserk is coming. |

| Pippin and Douchebag last chapter, now Judeau... I'm glad that Pippin and Judeau at least got to go out like the warriors they were. While protecting their leader, at that. Those last couple pages are awful. Guts, GO SAVE YOUR WOMAN. Also, the cover of this volume is crazy and has me worried. |

| Man for the first time reading this manga I'm tearing up a bit after this. Judeau was so damn cool and he went out like a true warrior. Even though I knew it'd happen, it still hurts to see. He was my favorite side character, definitely... can't believe he was in love with her and didn't even get to tell her... Somehow I truly comprehend now why Guts has such deep-seated hatred of Griffith. Normally when a character is motivated by revenge or hatred, I don't truly grasp the character's emotions; it's something beyond me. But after seeing this horror, I understand with Guts. please not Casca now too. please not Casca now too. |

| Judeau was a nice guy. But he didn't confess. Not manly, man. One should always confess to a girl and not be afraid if one has Guts :) Casca won't die. She only might be raped or tortured in the worst case :) |

| Miura sure had some creative freedom creating those demon designs~ Animals, genitalia, and even a random pretty woman thrown into the mix. Judeau's death hits especially hard after seeing his final thoughts. He was in love with her all along but he acknowledged Guts as the winner. "I thought I could be way smoother than that..." ;-; |
