| Hello! This is the start of the first ever MAL Awards Best Signature Design for June-July of 2007. You can find more about the MAL Awards over here. This is the nominations round, where you are able to nominate up to two members who you wish to be able to move onto the voting round. At the end of the week, I will tally the nominations and put the top 5 most nominated members onto a poll for everyone to vote on. ----------------------------------------- Nomination Rules 1. You can nominate up to two members. 2. You can nominate yourself. 3. You can edit your post during nomination round if you decide to change your nomination halfway through the week. 4. During nomination round, even if you're nominated you can still change the design of your signature. Once this round ends, I'll copy your signatures and you will NOT be able to change your signature design during voting round. It would be wise to avoid changing your signature design substantially however to avoid confusing others. 5. Nominations end on June the 22nd. (Try to get your nominations in earlier, different time zones make it difficult to judge when to officially end nominations round) 6. Follow the nomination format listed below for your nominations. ----------------------------------------- How to nominate Please copy and paste the following format to nominate. Nomination #1: Nomination #2: Special Mentions: What is Special Mentions? Special mentions is where you list down any users who you feel may deserve to be nominated but you are unable to nominate them because you only have two choices (so perhaps they may be your 3rd or 4th choice). The point of this is for more relatively unknown members, new members or members who have recently updated their signatures to let others know that they may have a nice signature design. You can list down as many users as you like here, and it is optional. This is a good chance for you to mention yourself if you do not want to nominate yourself but you want others to look at your signature or to consider nominating you. Before nominating, it would be wise to look through other member's nominations and special mentions. Please avoid simply voting for your friends and such. This isn't a popularity contest. This is for the best signature design. Viewing Signatures Since you actually need to view the post of a person to see their proper signature normally, if they don't post enough and you can't find a post of theirs, go to search and search for the member's username there. | It took me a while to get what you were saying. I mean, the person who came up with this idea was Tsunami. You said to do this at the same time as the list design. I merely shot down the idea of doing both contests simultaneously. As you can see, I went with the original dates in the introduction thread. One after the other. |

Yup yup ^^ That was the #1 reason why I spent so much time fiddling with the text color :D Believe me, out of all the colors I tried (that don't clash with the other colors), that's the most readable. *edit* How's that look?
